For starters, when someone orders a motorcycle trailer from you make sure the get a motorcycle trailer. I reserved one and got something heavier which cost more in gas for the vehicle. Speaking of vehicle. You knew this was a one way trip to Oklahoma and put me in a truck with a severe oil leak. Had to use my own money to keep oil in the damn thing. The morning crew with the females was awesome, they were fast and very helpful as was the guy that hook the trailer to my vehicle! But my return at 4pm was awful! I couldn't understand what guy was saying he wasn't courteous, he seemed like he didn't want to help me or do his job! First, the only employee who showed up for work at this location was great, very overworked but nice attitude and capable. I felt for her. When we arrived, we found no one in the offices or front lot anywhere, we searched and found her taking care of someone in the other lot. Once we found her, she finished up with the other people and took care of us. We only rented a trailer for a little over an hour and on returning had the same scenario, although she did say a couple of people were arriving that afternoon to help out.Alan M.

When I arrived at approximately 8:00 am on Monday, 4/26/2021, there was no place to park the truck. Additionally, I entered the office on 2 different times and nobody was manning the desk. Your key drop location is a mess. Had me going round the building like 10 times literally looking for the key drop as depicted in the picture shown after completing the returning process. Store and lot are very crowded. Most equipment is stored in a 2nd lot behind and across a side street from the main "store" building. Store building is also somewhat cramped. â€¢The Customer Service Rep, Kalip Tristan, was unpleasant and rude. I entered the store and wasn't greeted, I had to greet him. He had a stone cold in the face look (serial killer much?) and was not helpful. It was like I was interrupting his day when HE is paid minimum wage to do nothing. What a horrible way to start a lovely Saturday morning. â€¢The U-Haul wasn't horrible but it wasn't clean either. I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned because I found another customer's work ID in the truck. How do you miss that? By not cleaning, that's how. I left the ID in the cup holder so someone could get it this time and hopefully return it to its rightful owner. The rental smelled and it made a horrible noise. Annoying. â€¢The return process was horrible! My reservation could not be found when I signed into my account so I had to call a phone rep to resolve the issue. Took pictures for my own records and left the crowded facility in disgust and irritation. I've rented trucks and storage units from U-haul many times in the past but I will search for other options in the future. U-Haul has charged me with toll fees that weren't mine, merged my account with someone else's and the customer service is pathetic! Taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word for others to do the same. Good riddance!NYCOL K.

Pick up of the small trailer went well - staff was helpful and friendly. Drop off was laughably rude. Counter person and check in person seemed angry to be working. Neither made even an attempt to be friendly or helpful. When I asked for the manager, counter person just pushed a deck of biz cards across the counter - no apology, no attempt to see what went wrong. Left a voice mail for the GM - of course, no return call. I'm not much on doing reviews, but this was so hilariously rude I had to say something.KEVIN G.

The reserved trailer was not available. The chains would not fit on my truck so could not use the replacement trailer. The person who said the trailer was incompatible due to the chains not working with my vehicle said they would cancel and refund but did not. I am still trying to resolve the issue and will report it to my credit card if not addressed quickly. Home Depot was able to accommodate and I will recommend them over U-Haul.Allen R.

We specifically requested 24 hour access as we needed to put in all of our stuff past office hours. When we got to the facility, the storage room which we paid for was locked and we will we're given no keys, we had already loaded our U-Haul van with our furniture. We were asked to repeat sensitive information no less than 3 times. We didn't get the impression that our business and especially our time mattered. Employees weren't urgent and lacked the knowledge needed to serve us the way we needed to be served. There were about 4 people who needed to service us. We arrived a few minutes after 5pm on a Friday and left close to 8.pm The only thing we needed to do was return our truck, get a storage unit, and move the things out of our truck into our unit. If needing U-haul services and products in the future, this will not be the location we seek said services and products.
