We initially made a reservation to get a Uhaul van from a location in Georgetown. Once we arrived, we were (rudely) told by the associate that she was actively renting that vehicle to two customers at the counter already and that we were going to have to go elsewhere and someone would be calling us. She had an attitude with us for no reason. We got the phone call and were told there was a van available at the Versailles location. When we arrived, there were four available - we had booked our reservation via phone w/ Uhaul so in the future I would recommend that the associates who are helping with these reservations advise customers whether one location has more available units so as to avoid this situation again. We were incredibly frustrated with having to drive ANOTHER so many miles to get a vehicle, as our rental pick-up time had already pretty much passed. Once we got to the Versailles location, they were fantastic and we have zero complaints regarding the service we received from that location. They allowed us to pick w/ van we wanted and then quickly and efficiently helped get us set up with all the additional items we wanted to purchase. They even pulled the van up to the front of the store so we didn't have to walk out to it. I would absolutely recommend the Versailles location - but would NOT recommend Uhaul overall customer service via phone or anything to do with the Georgetown location.

The customer service at both locations was great. The employees were knowledgeable - my only complaint was that the storage unit was located on the complete other side of the building from where my truck was able to unload which was designated spot for customers in uhaul. It took about an hour or more longer than we would have expected to unload due to this hurdle. I suggest maybe making another entrance for customers or telling them ahead of time this process if applicable - but overall I appreciate the consistent wonderful customer service uhaul offers- it's refreshing -

Check in staff was great. Overall, experience was disappointing but I will still use services again. However, the truck had strong cleaning odor, being asthmatic, this caused a problem. The check engine light came on several times, loud motor sounds and tried to die out several times during trip. The self return option, to avoid $20 fee, was frustrating and hard to find in app.

They opened on time. They did not have the truck we reserved, but they did have the auto transport. We also got a brief lecture on how this location does not use reservation numbers to locate a reservation. We rented our truck at a different UHaul location and returned to Versailles 2 days later for the auto transport. We were told that we would have to load their own vehicle on to the auto transport and secure the vehicle. The employee (who was filling in for a sick boss) did not know how to do it. We ended up driving the empty transport to the Lexington Merchant Street location and those people quickly and cheerily got our vehicle secured to the auto transport. It's great to have a Versailles UHaul location, but this place has repeatedly had problems.

The Versailles UHaul has it all. The storage area is well thought out, and being able to load or unload under-roof, out of the weather, is a great benefit.

I checked in online to save time. It took the guy 30 minutes to get me going. I could tell he wasn't the least bit interested in working.

I've already filed a complaint and yet you guys charged me full price even though I couldn't use the equipment on the truck. Not to mention charges for $30 in taxes that I didn't get on my 2nd rental. Uhaul representative needs to call me. You guys owe me explanation and some money.

I came to check out of my storage unit and no one was at the desk. Then came back the next day and the representative I spoke with was not informed on how to manage storage unit rentals and was not sure if he actually closed out my unit or not. Also was not able to answer my questions relating to the unit closure. Gave me a number to call to see if he actually closed out the account. Also the storage facility is dirty and not well maintained

I got to the facility at 730 that said opened at 7 door was locked and no one was around. So I called and completed a 24/7 rental , the truck wouldn't start because it was out of gas so I had to go home get a gas can and put in the truck before I could even leave. Then over the next 2 days the truck broke down on me 4 times I had to extend my reservation in order to get everything done due to the delays. Horrible experience

Excellent manager and facility. I have rented trucks from this place 3 times and it has always been a great experience. I build cabinets and remodel houses and have found this to be the most confident way to move cabinets and material. Hope to be back soon.

I’m very disappointed that UHaul continues to send emails asking about service while not responding to my previous response about the employee who cancelled my rental and then rented my car carrier to someone else… and knowing that this happened the location did nothing to get me another one… and basically forced me to drive out of town to get one???

Everything has been spectacular and way above expectations aside from one minor issue we ran into. When we signed up, there was a promo for a free lock. The confirmation email for the rental said that we could proceed to the unit and the lock would be waiting for us inside. When we went to move in all of our belongings, there was no lock to be found anywhere and we had to drive across the street to Kroger to spend $16 on a disc lock ourselves (we were there after hours). Aside from that, we have loved everything about the rental and property.

Great indoor storage units!!

Truck broke down 6 times in 40 miles Ruined my move. My workers waited on the side of the road for 4 hours. I only got to move 25 % of my furniture as my helpers all ahead to leave at 5 pm. If the equipment had performed we would have easily had all our furniture moved by early afternoon Roadside support is a joke. Should have used another company. Will not use UHaul again. Workers at site were kind and understanding I think I should have gotten my money back or at least been compensated for U-Haul not providing a safe and reliable product. My love was ruined. Now will be moving all the Christmas holiday Not Happy. Zero Stars

Rented a car tow dolly. 1st one had an issue with right tail light (did not work). They quickly switched me over to another one that worked fine. Rose knows her stuff and does a great job. She works hard & you can tell she really cares about the customer. She probably needs more competent help, but overall they did a great job at this location.

#6 question is more of a maybe than a yes. Customer service at this location is really poor. CS reps can barely figure out the computer (always messing up) every time I come in, nor do they seem to want to assist. Work attitude at this location needs to change.

At this time I would not recommend this location. It is poorly run. The people behind the desk have no idea what they are doing nor do they seem to care - outside of Rose. The last couple of times I have gone in there to rent something, the computer is "messing up". I feel like it is user error from what I can see. I really think the attitude at this location needs to change. Customer service is very poor. I do need to rent from this location from time to time, so I really hope the attitude to work changes.

The person in charge at the store was patient, helpful, and polite, but I was overcharged for two extra days. I was charged for three days instead of one day, even though I delivered the pickup truck 45 minutes before the expected time. The key was given directly to the person in charge of the store, and right after, she gave the key to an assistant to check the car out. Still, I was charged an extra $95, and now I am disputing it.

Mike did my paperwork to assign my units and process the transaction. He was very nice and professional. Rose and Jonathon were also there and were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jonathon volunteered to take us to the units and explained how to access the building. He was extremely efficient and took pride in his work. I didn't realize at the time that Rose was the manager. I asked him if this was his store. Mike was from another store (he had told me this) . He told me that Rose was the manager and she did a great job. He said he had been there a few months but has expectations to move up within the company. It's not often to see an office filled with three smiling, efficient, and very capable people! I know Mike was just there temporarily but with Rose and Jonathon there -this location is sure to thrive!! I was very happy with the help he provided. I was extremely pleased with the experience!!

The second person who helped me was wonderful, as was the third, who helped me access the storage unit! The other customers were awesome too; a man whose out of state move was cancelled by the seller. He helped me load the trolley when he had an entire truck to unload. Nice patrons too!

Rose and I think Chris were both amazing, they did everything they could to make my experience easy and friendly. They really went above and beyond. The key box was unlocked and dangling when we attempted to return them. We didn't want to leave the keys unattended, so my husband will bring them by in the morning when he goes to work. It felt as though it needed a wheel alignment and felt dangerous to drive. The windshield wiper was also broken. Very bumpy and pulled all over the road. Also smelled as if something was burning when driving.

The check engine light came on but as I reported it, I also told them it was running fine. The truck gave me no problem and those engine lights can be a minor sensor.

Poor customer service. I had to wait in the building with no employees on the premises. The employee left a note saying they were in the back of the building but they left the building to "get lunch" at 10:30am with no other employees. Very unprofessional.

When we returned the equipment, the employee on duty at the time somehow didn't process the return correctly, so in UHaul's system it looked to them like we hadn't returned at all. Cue the phone calls. After having to argue with the employee (Susan) that the trailer was in fact on their lot, she hung up on my husband and me a total of FOUR times. I went to the physical retail location for resolution and to verify with my own eyes that the trailer was on their lot. Susan's customer service was terrible from beginning to end and a formal complaint will be escalated. It seems like there is an egregious lack of consistent training across UHaul and customers are punished for the employees' incompetence, to say nothing of the extremely rude behavior they display toward customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I purchased the storage unit for a month 2 days ago and still have not been able to get in. It does not say you have limited access for certain hours. I don't understand the point of that. I work during the day and my only time that I am able to move things around is the evening but it won't let me. Nobody has been onsite since i paid for the unit and I don't have access to it.

Stephanie was so helpful and pleasant to work with on Sunday when I was looking for a storage unit. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find what is best for my needs. The facility is new and has had many upgrades. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs- they have many options and it is very convenient.

This storage facility is still in the process of being finished. Once the facility is completed, it may be a great place but currently, there are several inconveniences which lead me to not recommend it. First, there is only one door into and out of the storage facility. It is easily blocked when someone is loading/unloading a truck making it very difficult for more than 1 group to access the facility. Second, the access hours are quite restrictive (9-5). Online it is advertised as 24/7 access which I understand is planned but it should not be advertised until it is available. The website also advertises storage units size 15x10 which are not actually available at this location.

Staff is wonderful. Facility is clean and well maintained considering they are new and under construction. Only rated access hours as not convenient, because at the time access is only during business hours. My answer will be "yes" as soon as 24 hour access capability is installed.

I booked a 10x15 storage unit and upon check in I was informed that this facility does not have that size units. The website advertised 24 hour access but upon arrival I was informed that access was limited to 9-5. The staff checking me in was very kind and helpful which I appreciated.
