Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLaura and her staff were exceptionally helpful and proactively guided me through everything I would need without my prompting every little thing. They really could not have been kinder or more helpful and it made the experience so much more pleasurable! Thank you very much, I trust this particular crew and have been to other facilities…this one is the best!
DAMIAN P | Premières impressionsI found the people easy to work with and they explained everything.
Karen S | Expérience généraleI asked for a disability assessible unit. I was given a unit that was not. After having one not closing sideways for a week I then asked for a bigger unit since there were no empty disability units. I think the staff are not trained in the type of unit I requested.
JACQUELINE F | Premières impressionsThe New Management upgrade has greatly improved the quality of Service. Thank you very much!
ROBERT V | Expérience généraleVery very good all the way around...
Lora G | Déménagement en ligneTwo considerable price increases, without warning or justification - so just naked greed. Grossly unprofessional staff. Save yourself the money and hassle and find somewhere else.
