A covered area out front where trucks are parked for inspection upon return would be nice. It was pouring rain when I got there and both I and the employee working got soaked as I was getting personal items out of the truck and as he was checking the truck back in. Other than that, the location and rental was fine.Kendall C.
Do not lie to customers. When you say you have equipment - make sure it is available or comp the client for the cost while providing another vehicle ASAP. The manager had a decent truck in the lot but would not release it as he said it was for local use. IT was there when we drove by with the vehicle with the broken seatbelt.Steven D.

It seemed like one employee was running the entire place, so picking up and dropping off took a little longer than I would have liked, though he did a good job for being alone.Kendall C.
I have had an issue at this location the last three years but they are the closet available one to my location so I continue to be tortured. Got there before they opened planning to check in online. Of course have problems with the online (not the store's fault). Finally get that figured out and open the key lock box and THERE IS NO KEY!! Are you kidding! Soooo not surprised. Check in literally took at least 30-40 minutes. This location screws things up every single year (I go to an event every year). Thankfully we called the help line and I guess they got ahold of whoever was in the closed building as he brought out the key. Truck was FILTHY. Like hello we are in a pandemic but even if not I guess there just isn't enough help for things to be cleaned in between customers like the old days. Thankfully we had clorox wipes just to get the grime off the seats but it was filthy still none the less. I have to use them to return from my event in ten days so we will see what disaster they can throw at us this year. Last year their computers were down and they told my pick up person SORRY we can't rent out any trucks since our computers are down and he had to scramble to another location (even though we had a reservation). The year before it was SORRY we don't have a truck even though you have a reservation. They managed to scrounge one up as he sat in the parking lot trying to figure out what the hell to do. So please get some help to this location stat. Located on Marsailles Road, Versailles, ky. They had enough money to buy the entire shopping center yet can't manage to hire enough or good enough help to run it correctly. The guy that helped us this year was very nice, his name was Jonah. Ordering UHAUL from the website to much confusion and I will not ever do again. I ordered a truck pickup at Springfield, KY with my email confirming it. The day of I was told to pick it up at Elizabethtown, KY it was completely out of my way with limited among of money. A friend helped out in getting the truck in Versailles, KY!!!!TIFFANY H.

This location was great. However, I was supposed to pick up truck in Lexington. After confirming my reservation 2 days prior, when I arrived at the Lexington location I was told that I was the 10th person who did not get a truck. I was extremely disappointed and left in big trouble for a move. I am thankful Uhaul found a truck within 20minutes but it set me back about 2 hours. My overall feelings are mix as I expected my initial reservation to be in honored at the chosen location.THOMAS D.

Better inspection of auto transport trailer as it had a tire blow and a brake drum break. And than an hour later , a tire blowout on the 20ft uhual truck. Both times in the desert in 110 degree weather waiting an hour or 2 each time. Rough tripORLANDO C.

I returned a trailer after hours and could not verify my location during the process. I was on hold for 30-40 minutes which is unacceptable, to me. Once I spoke to a second person, she solved the problem in a minute. This location is good, but the telephone customer service took way too long.David L.

This location needs a complete overhaul in management. My vehicle was not ready or even available and there were multiple other people in line with the same problem. I booked over a month ago. The people working were not helpful and acted like they could not help me find another truck. It was super unorganized and the online app and website was no help either. We had to wait on hold for over an hour with the 1-800 number to actually get any help. Please make it more clear how the 24/7 share program works and that you still have to be there at an exact time. I was under the impression because it says clearly several times â€œpickup anytime,â€ that you could select a time, and then pickup anytime within your rental window. If I reserved a truck for 24 hours, that makes perfect sense to me. Instead the website/app would not work at all since I was a few hours later. I think that entire setup is super confusing and misleading the way you have it worded on your website and I think that the other customers having issues were also from that.Alex R.

I noticed on my final charge that 4 gallons of gas was added. I filled it as best to 3/4 as possible. This was the second truck that I rented for this move. I actually put too much gas back in the other truck. I intend to ask for a refund. I'm not sure what the strategy is for 3/4 tank but to me it makes it more difficult to get it exact.Steven W.
