Have employees trained to do their job. Worst experience I've ever hade with uhaul!! And at 62 years of age I have used uhaul many many times in my life.

I reserved me trailer 5 days in advance at a uhaul location about a mile from my house. Two days before pickup, I got a call saying they had changed my location for pickup. It took me about 10 miles out of my way. If Jartran was still in business, you would not get my business in the future.

Location pick was good and the truck I got was efficient for intended use overall customer service to service delivery was great.

The associate that checked the truck in upon return was very rude, did not even say good morning, started asking me about dolly which was not in the truck. The fuel level was marked incorrectly when I picked up the truck. For 14 miles usage, no long idling I put 3 gallons of gas back. He was really rude telling me he will charge me $11 if I don't go back and add more gas. I think customers deserve to be treated with a little respect.

my name is Ramin Milani and I rented Uhaul truck last Sunday to move. Your employee made mistake on Saturday and instead of reserving me 26' Truck she booked me for 20'. When I came to pick up they said that they don't have 26' available and instead they gave me the shorter version of 20'. This is Uhaul mistake. The lady at front desk told me that the person who booked you yesterday is not working today . I had to leave some of my stuff in street and couldn't come back for second trip.

We called two hours in advance to check if our moving truck was ready to go. They confirmed everything was good to go. The truck was there but when we got there 15 minutes before our appointment, they told us the battery for the truck is actually dead. It took 45 minutes to get a new truck 7 miles away and it was . The original storage unit we reserved it ended up they were all full and couldn't fulfill that reservation either. They were helpful with making changes to a new storage unit.

Truck very poorly maintained. Mirrors would not stay in place which poses as a safety issue. Rubber trim around doors comes off every time you open the doors. Penske trucks are in much better shape.

While I think the service I received was exceptional, I will not likely use this again. The price was quite different than what I was lead to believe upon initiating the service. I agreed, although not happy, then was charged more at the end for delivery. I misunderstood apparently. My bad, but since it wasn't made clear will look at different options next time.

There was no communication, I had to constantly call U-Haul. They delivered my box late. Each time I called I had to go through the hold music and wait for a representative.

The first person an older lady didn't know the equipment. She thought it was the trailer but it turned out to be a fuse in my truck. The second trailer had wiring issues. in which the young man who works there initially accuse me of dragging the wires on the ground and breaking them. I told him that I didn't do it but he never offered an apology even after i told him he owed me one. But he did get me going by changing the fuse in my truck. I will use them again but this was not a good first impression for me.

Uhaul did not specify that where my Uboxes would be stored may be out of a delivery zone. I was not able to have my uboxes delivered, which really made utilizing ubox pointless. Will not be using Ubox storage again.

Zerick, I tried to contact you again after your call this morning. I am absolutely beyond floored that you charged me anything after such an inconvenience to me. First off I made reservation for a 26 feet truck well in advance. All to receive a call Friday evening around 6ish, that the truck I reserved wasn't available. I didn't put up a fuss just contacted the guys who would be moving me and let them know. Yes, Amber did give me extra miles to cover the additional trips from Alief to Humble. I don't think you realize how much I'm out of pocket first for the additional trips. Which means I had to pay the guys more for additional hours. Then on top of that, the truck breaks down in my driveway. Which meant I had to hire a moving company to complete the move at the last minute. Like seriously, so I took a huge lose on this entire situation due to UHAUL no fault of my own. So for you to say you are being fair by only charging me $50, I'm offended and very  insensitive and HORRIBLE customer service on your part.  A move that was supposed to be more feasible and affordable ended up costing me triple if not more out of pocket expensive. I am so disappointed a Uhaul as well you as a General Manager!  LaKeisha

Was uncomfortable when the agent took a photo of my TDL on what seemed to be a personal cell phone. When I questioned him he stated that it is a standard procedure now-which I understand-but the cell was questionable. He asked us about renting a Dollie which really helped! Good suggestion!

My truck wasn't aligned, a mirror was missing a screw so it was useless, the brakes weren't great by any stretch, the dash lights didn't come on at night and the headlights barely worked. Couldn't finish moving because of how dangerous the truck was. Then I was charged $26 for gas because it was a hairline below half a tank. Had great experiences before and came back to this location but after how dangerous this last truck was i won't be back. Worst of it all was that the employee checking it back in said it was there truck and not a one way. Clearly trucks aren't always checked out before letting customers take them.

The only reason why I couldn't completely rate 5 stars was due to the fact that the moving company sent a very elderly man to help bring in my furniture. It was sad to see him, my husband had to help bring furniture in. Aside from that will most definitely use ubox again!

After three days of calling to receive information on when my uboxes would arrive, I finally received them. The driver was professional. The communication between warehouse and drivers need vast improvement. A customer should not have to persistently call for information regarding the whereabouts of there belongings after being told they would receive a call those details.

From my very first day I had issues getting access to my unit. Every time I went I had issues, code not working, card jot working literally every time. When I went after hours there was someone waking around inside NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I reported this they just said maybe someone living inside. WHAT? On my move out day, 2 days before due date, I advised the lady I was moving out and then days later I receive a notice for payment then late payment. Not to mention that day it took an extra 20 minutes to gain access to my audit because the card didn't work yet again. I had to pay movers for that time. I will never again. And this was my 2nd time using this facility. Last was 2017. The experience then was mediocre, however I decided to give a 2nd chance. Never again. I don't have time to waste.

I know how these surveys work. So I clicked all the right boxes. Checking out was great! Excellent! However checking in was not. I had a girl that was half asleep that took 20 to 25 minutes to figure out that we already had two storage units and we're well established as customers in your facility. We wind up getting into a verbal dispute. I want up apologizing because that's what I like to do to make sure I don't have to carry things around with me. But the bottom line is whoever it was that checked me into my unit number for 4403 at the beginning of April was simply not very good at customer relations

The staff and especially the manager were highly discriminating when I wanted to rent a van and also tried to make sure no one else gives me a van. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone!!
