Lady was very friendly when I dropped off the trailer and gentleman was kind and worked with me to make sure I didn't get charged anything unnecessarily. Price was expensive so won't be doing this again, but you people would be a reason to continue to do business with Uhaul.Ruben H.

They were understaffed and slammed for hours. It took an hour to drop my trailer, and an hour and a half to get my truck checked in bc they couldn't find my contract and only three people were working. The sraffing wasn't staffs fault, clearly u-haul didn't have enough staff. But when they couldn't find my contract they acted like it was my problem and tried to help other customers and acted like me bringing the truck back to my original location to sort things out was a valid option (it was not). Extremely ridiculous to act like it was up to me to figure out why my reserved drop off wasn't coming up and why I'd never gotten a contract emailed to me at 6:30pm and treating it like it was my problem if it couldn't be figured out. They didn't help until I told them if I didn't have a contract then I was just going to leave the truck there because it wasn't my responsibility before they solved the problem /in two minutes/. The staff and contract issues added five whole hours to my day and ended up with me stranded in the middle of a rainstorm at night.Adam M.
