I ordered a 10 foot truck on 6/5/22 but they did not have that which was a disappointment. I did not need such a big truck and was not comfortable with that.

This location is known for outstanding charges that are false or fraudulent. I was charged for an extra day that is incorrect and also the agent opened up another contract on 6/15 during the afternoon in my name which is impossible as I was at work. My signature is no where to be found on this contract for that day. The agent only signs which is not Uhaul protocol. My card was charged despite the fact of me disputing the claims and no one getting back to me. These are fraudulent and false claims and I will open up and investigation with my financial institution.

The actual store was great and the staff was friendly but the uhaul truck kept cutting off while driving and service lights kept coming on

Very nice and friendly people. Checked out truck. Mentioned no dolly was written down. Told him about experience and other place. Wish I mentioned my AAA or military to see if there was a discount.

I've rented vehicles over 500 times in my life. This was THE Worst rental experience I have ever had. Truck seamed clean initially. In the evening, once loaded and driving we were over run by German Cockroaches, They were climbing into our cups and absolutely everywhere. We had to bomb the truck, front and back then clean all the contents. It took us the entire day in the FL heat. Which leads to my next complaint. The AC blows hot and cold. Back and forth. We were sweating every mile. There's nothing to secure your load to. We have straps but nothing to attach to except fake wood that pops off if you pull on it. No E track or tie downs in the truck. The front suspension needs service bad. The hammer slamming and knocking sounds (even when empty while making turns) doesn't instill confidence in safety. The emergency brake wasn't adjusted and didn't work. I backed in to my driveway and put it in park and puled up the parking brake. When I let off the brake pedal the truck rolled about 6" before the transmission stopped the truck. Now my house has 1 less security camera. The emergency flashers don't work if you press the brake pedal. I was advised 15 minutes after our pick up time that my reservation was moved from 1,2 miles from my house to a location 18 miles away from my house. I'm glad we were late or I would have wasted a trip to the wrong place. Those miles add up to extra money for them in mileage, more money from me in fuel and wasted time. Movers are expensive enough. Add a day of cleaning and hours of wasted time and I figure this rental cost me $400-$600 more than it would have if I went to any other truck rental place. I could go on but U-Haul has already wasted enough of my time and cost me hundreds more than it should.

Sunday shifts was awesome they fix someone mistake I was given a unit that was assigned to someone.put a hold on my entire move I had to unload a 26 foot truck with no help...Not to mention the load dock at Normandy store was blocked could not unload my truck had to extend basically my move was a very bad experience due to uhaul..

Except for the short guy with the tattoos on his arms and neck, he was rude and nasty. Never care to see him again but the other staff were super nice and helpful.

Have desk associate discuss pending charges at pickup and final charges upon return! I contacted service because I wasn't initially granted 24 hour rental period as requested (checkout time 12:30 and return at 8am). Then upon return of rental equipment I was charged for 2 days, eventhough I returned the van at 10:30 am. The associate never took the time to verify were accurate prior to handing a copy of the receipt. I will definetly consider other rental services who will value me as a customer before making future reservations with U-Haul.

The truck we rented was in poor mechanical condition. Transmission is slipping and oil light is on. When I ask about this the person said I am not surprised. Thankfully it did not break down.

The van had cockroaches in it under the pad in the van. I was afraid that they would get in my sofa. I won't know for a while because it is in storage now. I sprayed hornet insecticide in it.

I used the mobile pickup and pre purchased a dolly and furniture pads. When I got to my destination there was no dolly or pads loaded on the truck. I was also led to believe that going through the long process to check back in on mobile that it would be all. Upon return of the keys they still made me get back in and drive to the drop off and wait to inspect the vehicle. After the long wait they didn't even inspect the vehicle. Waste of time

I would like to see my drop off was smooth as ever and Jacob the general manager was awesome he's at the 6100 blanding boulevard one and I tell anybody that come to Jacksonville Florida that to drop it off there in the work would take up it's a godson the help with the storage unit was great and afterwards it was great just talking to him and know that he had my back the whole time I was doing through all of this one-way move was excellent and I would like to thank him and you all for my smooth trip thank you

The internet capabilities is in a dead zone. When I attempted to upload pictures to the mobile app return it would not take after multiple times and as a result it cost me a second day rental.

The truck was listed at 19,95 online but I had to pay 29.95. I originally asked for 4 hrs but the rep only put 3. I called and asked for additional time and was told that my rate would increase by $45. I declined because that's way too much money and I didn't get the requested time. I now have to get another truck to finish my move due to this inconvenience and will not be returning to uhaul. I had technical issues when attempting to return the truck on the website. Lastly, I ordered the utility dolly online but it wasn't available so I decided to take the appliance dolly. I was charged for both. I just want my money back!! This has been a very stressful move as it is…. Will be calling tomorrow regarding this matter.

The vehicle that I rented drove poorly. It had an inherent front end vibration that was deafening. The noise was incredibly loud. I would have expected a better condition vehicle for $1,09 per mile rate that was charged.

When I returned the trailer the uhaul app would not upload the picture of a clean trailer, problem with you app, I tried numerous times, very frustrating. I had to come back next day and the uhaul repeesentative processed the return.

It took forty minutes to pick up my rental even though I had done everything online prior to my reservation time. There were not enough employees to take care of the customers. This is not the only time this has been a problem at this location.

service was extremely slow and unorganized during pick-up. the process took way longer than it needed to. the cargo van reeked of smoke and urine. at only 15k miles it should not be so gross. also was told by employee if we brought it back before our 4 hours we would get money back. we did not even though we were over an hour early.

Over the years there have been problems with mold in my unit. Mold covered my items. I couldn't save many of my items unfortunately. The ceiling of the indoor facility needs to be cleaned often. The roaches were once the issue but the mold is my overall reason for moving out. I could no longer deal with it.

All were great and understanding when my payments were late. I had to have my lock cut off because nephew had key in ATL I apologize to them because I couldn't understand why they couldn't cut the lock off until I saw how complicated it was when locksmith attempted it. Mr. Chuck was very kind & helpful. Excellent customer service all locations. Blessings & Safe Holidays & a Prosperous new yr. Moving co was excellent also!!!!

I had my reservations canceled multiple times and had to drive an hour and a half out of my way to pick up my truck. Then my reservation for my storage unit was changed twice on me. I bought boxes that were not shipped in time to use. It was an overall awful experience

I think Uhaul needs to allow their employees more room when it comes to dealing with irate customers. The customers I saw them deal with were rude yet they handled it EXCELLENT with poise, dignity and grace. They definitely went above and beyond what I've seen others do....If there was anything to change it would be 24hour access extra charge being told up front.

This is a busy location, so there is a wait to speak to someone in person when you get there. They are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend the staff at this location. Additionally, the storage is very convenient, and the online check in process is easy, quick, and has 24 hour access.

When I got my stuff it had mold and fungus all over it!! I lost most of my furniture!! Also other people experienced the same thing!! I paid for climate control, the worst!! It only been almost 3 months there!! I will not refer anyone here! I should get my money back!!!

To actually pull into the parking lot was a mess as soon as you turn in that's where they clean and rent out trucks so someone was always blocking the way the lights in the unit only stay on for a very short period of time about 2 minutes I'm so happy I have my belongings out of this place. So I don't have to ever deal with that location again.

Not pro-rating a move out rate seems unfair to me. On the occasions I've utilized a comparable facility, rates are prorated for move in and not. I vacated 5 days into new month but no refund issued.
