I actually loved my stuff out into another storage due to I was paying for climate control and it was always hotter then being outside! Everytime i went into the office to speak with a team me never they were rude and acted as if they were being inconvenienced! Also the door the the storage area are always broken and makes it harder to go in and out of the storage area! I would not ever reckoned this storage facility to anyone because it's the worst experience I have ever had!

I would only suggest that storage facilities that are indoors and not air-conditioned have fans inside due to the extreme Florida heat while clients are moving or even for your team members who are working at the facility it is extremly hot indoors and difficult to work in that environemnt.

I still was charged and they just auctioned off on 11/11. Even called months ago and they said they were going to auction stuff off. Why was I still charged and it took so long. I'm on disability and can't afford it.
