Merien A | Expérience généraleI rented a truck and was paying on it faithful because I got into a situation were I was scammed out of a rental house. U-Haul decided to tell me without notice that I can’t extend the rental I had to put my furniture in a NASTY storage unit with huge rat traps and the unit couldn’t close without me having to bang on the lock. If my things are ruined I will sue because I took pictures and felt like I was treated unfairly with U-Haul if they would have told me at the beginning that I can only extend a certain time I would have been able to make better arrangements besides putting my furniture in that nasty dirty storage

Your staff mainly the manager Kaylee Thompson needs to learn customer service skills she needs to learn patience she also needs to learn how to speak to people and not spread false allegations about people. Her personal thoughts are no one's business but her own. She lacks all management skills that anyone naturally has even a McDonald's burger flipper. I myself should take her job and show her how it's done. How customer service is supposed to be and how you treat your customers and how you listen to them and help them. She was rude to me disrespectful she was a bully and I would never ever recommend this location to anyone I would tell them to run as fast as you can to a Atlantic Self Storage for their storage needs. I would cut and run myself but I'm too tired and exhausted from moving into this facility at the moment. So yes they got me but I hope they don't get anyone else. I learned from my experiences and mistakes and make better judgment calls next time.

Ashley D | Expérience généraleMy unit was raggedy when it rained water got in my unit a destroyed must of my important papers and my furniture. The most problem I have with my uhaul experience is when I was late which was only twice the phone calls were sometimes 3 times per day, I got letters through the mail and emails which were very harassing. I will never again rent a storage unit from uhaul. Life does happen to some of us but there seemed to be no understanding of that.
Kimberly T | Expérience généraleI will never recommend this facility or company to a dog! All of my belongings were destroyed at this facility by animal urine, fur and feces. My lock was cut off by staff once and changed without my permission. My locker was also cleared and removed by housekeeping and they thought it was enough to give me 2 months free rent. I was never able to even open my locker after that point to even know if my things were even inside. I lost everything I owned in life but the suitcases of clothes I originally kept out when I got the locker. Housekeeping removed my things because they figured out that ratcoons I were in fact getting in my locker from a hole in the roof and the ladder they had leaning on the side of the building. This was a nightmare and I had to walk away with nothing. This is far from over. I paid faithfully for years only to walk away with nothing. Do not rent anything from this company. They lack accountability when they do wrong....
