I did rent trailer for 24 hour was charge for 3 days, still pending investigation, please check your security camera, to confirm.my claim, manager call me to confirm my return, was less then 24 hour, then 1 hour later charge for 3 days,tomas C.

I drove up to the truck drop off. The guy never said a word except do you want a paper receipt or an email receipt. He never said â€œhow are youâ€ , â€œdid you have any problemsâ€, â€œthank you for using U-Haul. He did not count the pads I brought back, he said Nothing. He walked off inside. He came back with my receipt, handed it to me, said nothing. Apparently I was charged $2.29 for over mileage. He did not explained my receipt or what or why I was charged. He didn't say have a nice day. He never said another word. Not good bye, thank you for using U-Haul. Nothing. Both locations had the absolutely worse customer service and interaction. I felt like a second class citizen that was not appreciative of my business, nor cared. I have always loved by the quote â€œgo where you are celebrated not where you are toleratedâ€. I will never be back to U-Haul and I will do my best to discourage anyone ever again to use U-Haul. In fact I might just go work for the competition just to do my part to help people make moving a more enjoyable and LESS STRESS FREE experience. People moving have enough stress and problems. They don't need to be treated like a dollar sign and herded like TOLERATED cattle through a process SO U-Haul can make a buck. Good bye U-Haul.Terrell H.
I could not get anyone on the phone at this location at all. I called multiple times during the day and every time it said my wait time was one hour. I don't have time to wait for more than 5 minutes for some to answer the phone at a business just so I can extend a truck rental or return it after hours. Both of which I needed to do an neither of which I could. I rented a 10' truck for 2 days and less than 20 miles. I COULD NOT get someone to answer the phone to extend or let me return the truck after hours as I did not have a ride during the day to leave the truck. I tried the app and it didn't even find my order number. I called the national number and waited for over 20 minutes just to speak to someone even then who noted on my account file that i was trying to extend the rental. Now I just checked my bank account and these people have STOLEN or are trying to steal over $850. If these people actually try to take $850 for a truck I used for 2 days rental they will be in serious trouble. As will Uhaul. I suggest whoever reads this gets it to whomever is in charge and stop these crooks from charging my card simply because they have the number on file. I repeat. Since I CANNOT get anyone on the phone at this location AT ALL and I COULD NOT return the truck during the day during business hours so I return it 15 hours early. The rental was $19.95 per day.BRIAN P.

I went 5 miles not 6 I have picture of the odometer. I put half gallon of gas. How am I charged for fuel. I've never had this happen. I wouldn't recommend this locationNICOLE A.
The employee checking me out could not operate your computer software. He had to ask another employee for help twice then had to have help from a senior employee. They first gave me a unit that had a binding roll up door. When I brought it to their attention, their response was â€œif it leaves here in working order, that's the way it has to come back. It looks ok to me.â€ Based on their response, I refused that unit & requested a unit with clamshell doors. My drop off location was Trenton, Tn. When I made my reservation on-line it gave me the drop off location of Trenton, but when I picked the unit up, I was told that I had to drop it off in Jackson, Tn. which is an 80 mile round trip for me. You guessed it, I'm not real happy with these people.DONALD H.

I could not set up a drop off location when doing reservation online. they told me in Tampa to drop off at closet location. Received a call on my way to Jax telling to drop off on Beaver Street. When they called a second time I picked up call, lady said they could not take unit at that location, I told her I was dropping off on blanding blvd, was told i could not. I told I was not driving 20 miles to drop off trailer when there was a Uhaul store 2 blocks from my house, after arguing with her, she finally relented to letting me drop off trailer at that location. this really upset me that uhaul wanted to dictate where I could drop off trailer after I was told in Tampa I could drop it at the location closet to my home.Robert A.
I was charged additional money as if yhe uhual was kot sitting at the store it was supposed to be refunded. I was never given the proper set up to return equiptment at 8:30 p.m. the manager did a refund but have not seen the charge refundLIONEL W.
