Truck was not available when Promised. No one cared. Next day more of the same. No one answers the phone when you call. Terrible terrible customer service. This was a long distance move and the delays cost me a lot of extra money.

I like the facility in Colorado much better. This one is not az well-lit nor maintained.us the one in Colorado is climate controlled. Also, I oy need a 5x5 but had to take and pay for one two sizes bigger. Also, this one is not as convenient as my other one but just as pri ey. However, we needed to inload our trailer right away.

I have never received a dolly in my truck, but I was charged for one. I did leave a note stating about it. I tried calling uhaul to let them know about the situation but no one was answering for about 30-45 minutes.

I had the pick up truck for two days. I returned it on time and with slightly less gas. My total trip was 42 miles. My bill was $117. I was charged for $20 worth of gas and paid for some kind of fee that was not discussed ahead of time. The math does not add up. I tried to politely object at the counter but the attendant did not want to hear my side of the story. The truck was exactly what I needed and there was no problem but I felt I was Taken advantage of with the final bill. I will be looking elsewhere for my next rental

Everyone I interacted with was supremely helpful. From purchasing moving supplies, which had me returning weekly, then daily; to the staff who helped me with my reservation; and especially, the ones who helped with the pick-up and return of the truck! Exemplary is a word which comes to mind for those individuals who wore more than one hat during this process! The one frustration comes when trying to reach a real live person on the phone. Unfortunately, that is a common frustration across many businesses.

Very bad experience, when I returned the vehicle the online app would not let me process the return. I called the office and no one answered the phone for return info either. I did return the vehicle after hours and left the key in the drop box. Then the next morning o received a voice mail telling me I did not return the vehicle, which I did. And when I called the office back Tiffany told me that was a mistake.

In-person customer service was excellent. Employees are knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and patient. They appear to be overworked, though. More employees could eliminate the long lines and improve customer service experience. There also doesn’t appear to be anyone answering the phone at this particular location. Again, this is reflective of the lack of staff; not their quality.

We had several issues. Katie said no customers are allowed to park their vehicles at any time in their parking lot. If you do then your vehicle will be towed. I asked where can I park she said all customers have to park across the street in the neighborhood. Considering my back is broke and I'm in a brace it makes it very difficult to walk that far. Plus my girlfriend has a handicap place card that my girlfriend pointed out. Katie said she didn't care and peeled wheels in the parking lot with a larger box truck. We rented a trailer and the young lady who checked me out said she had to hook up the trailer. When it came time she couldn't lift it and my girlfriends son had to do it. We were told that when we drop it off that it had to be done in the front of the building by Katie. She yelled at the young lady that helped us that we weren't allowed to be on the side to get a trailer. When my girlfriend arrived to drop it off she was told she had to take it to the side of the building and drop it off there. My girlfriend kept apologizing because she didn't want to be attacked anymore by Katie and explained what happened earlier. The guy went and talked to somebody inside and came back out and said that was fine. Never have a ever had so much disrespect towards a new customer. I am in management myself and have never degraded or disrespected customers or employees like Katie did. I will not be returning to u-haul in the future.

Overworked employees dealing with lines 10+ deep. Our reservation was cancelled while we were in line which delayed our move. Overheard conversations of people dealing with the same issue. Employees doing the best they can but we will go elsewhere next time.

My name is not Eric O'Neil. Somebody at uhaul fucked up! I lived at 4241 tiberon dr a few years ago and my email and phone number is on the invoice. But I have not been a uhaul customer recently. Eric O'Neil was issued a refund on a card and I got the email. He probably didn't get notified so uhaul should fix their mistake and notify Eric O'Neil ASAP that he has received a refund of 34 something dollars

Put up a mirror for the exit on the post across the street at the park. Every time I pull out of here, I almost get into a bad accident. The trucks block the south bound view of the traffic in a blind corner. Aside from that, I would suggest having another worker on the inside. Customer service and overall experience was great.

It's a shame I can't rate you below 1 star. You have customers waiting on phone hold too long (I waited more than 1 hour today) it take multiple calls to address issues, your online service is useless,and there is too long of a wait to get service at your rental sites.

Trying to leave this parking lot is an accident waiting to happen!! Something really needs to be done about this. Also, they need more employees! We stood in line for an hour to just get our truck, which cut into our time that we had to pay for. They said the truck had a full tank of gas and it did not we only received 1/4 tank. Not very happy with this experience!

You charged me a 60 deposit I still have not gotten my 60 deposit back where I got the trailer they said where I drop it off will give it back I dropped off the trailer they said that I have to contact where I picked up the trailer for my deposit back that 6 states away. I need my money back..I will be contacting corporate no one would help me get my deposit back. I am very upset.

The store in york is a bunch of assholes they never gave me an option of more then 1 insurance and they took 138$ when they were only supposed to take 68 and nobody is fucking calling me back I called this store numerous of times

Gave me a free month of storage on a unit that could fit a handful of boxes. Had to down load a 26 foot truck filled to the top at different storage unit not affilated with Uhual.

I reserved a truck online and opted to use the mobile check-in believing it would be fast, easy, and spare me from entering the facility. The check-in was not easy or fast. There were several additional steps that I had to complete to check-in and it took almost 15 minutes of my time to complete them. At the conclusion of check-in, it told me to hold up my phone to receive my keys. It gave no explanation why I should hold up my phone, for how long, or what to do if my keys do not drop out of the sky (or whatever was to happen for me to retrieve the keys). After waiting for about 5 minutes and not receiving additional directions or my keys I entered the building, now 4th in-line behind people who had only recently arrived. Once I got to the front of the line I was informed that someone in my party had already received the keys to my assigned truck. I let them know that only my wife was with me and that she did not have the keys. After some looking they moved my reservation to a different truck. My 8:30 truck pick up time started with me arriving about 8:28 am and leaving about 9:10 am. I had people waiting at our house to meet us and help with our truck loading. My day went smoothly from that point and the process to check the truck back in at the end of my rental when very smoothly and for that I was grateful. A suggestion: There was no direction when inside for people having issues with the online check-in, which would have been welcomed.

The only thing I can say is that the customers that park underneath the return tent should be asked to move. The day I was there it was raining and I had to have the trailer unloaded in the rain when it should have been under the tent, but because somebody didn't feel like getting wet and thought it would be convenient to park Under the Tent the worker had to get wet undoing the trailer. Other than that customer service was great and I would definitely be back again when in need.

This is my fault as much as it is the fault of the Uhaul representative who was helping me. When I picked up my truck, the Uhaul representative put the appliance dolly and a bag of blankets in the truck for me. I didn't verify there were 12 blankets, like I ordered, and only when I was 2 states away did I realize I only had 6 blankets. Luckily, I only needed 6, so everything worked out.

Right from the start my experience was atrocious. From a trailer hitch installed upside down, to lost storage reservation, to Outrageous hold times, failure to end my storage lease after I moved out. Miscommunication and inept counter help. I will never use Uhaul again or refer to friends or family.

The person who took care of us did as much as they had to do. Not very customer friendly. I also asked about a mouse problem since there was a big sticky mouse trap in the storage unit I was renting. I was told there wasn’t a problem. The only problem was the sticky mouse trap got stuck to one of my boxes and it cannot be removed no matter how much you pull at it. It seems to me there is a problem or there wouldn’t have been a mouse trap in my storage unit to begin with. One more thing to worry about.

Supervisor was very disrespectful with my wife and when appropriately and respectfully approached about, he had a seemingly "i dont care" attitude and didnt even as much apologize or even try to understand his wrong doing. His only response was "ok" when I explained the situation that I wasn't there for and how criticizing a customer who didn't hear you for legitimate reasons is wrong. He simply walked away to avoid something he was wrong for which is completely unprofessional and he shouldn't be in a position he doesn't deserve with that negative attitude. I'm a 14 and ongoing army vet, I shouldn't have to worry about my wife having that kind of situation while I'm out with my daughter. If I trust you enough to do business with you for over a year with storage and utilize your vehicle services why do I need to worry about her going into your facility and dealing with your employees? Do I need to go in from now on to fend for myself just to do business?

There was only one time during my unit rental that I was two days late on a payment. I honestly had forgotten about it as the due date was over a weekend. I received an email about it and quickly called and made a payment as well as set up for auto pay. The thing that upset me is that in that time (two days...first time late) they had already sent letters to BOTH of my contact people about me not paying. That's when I decided to up my timeline and get moved out before paying anymore. Everything else was great, but that seemed a bit harsh and quick.
