The employees stayed on their phones, some business, alot of social. I had reservation an it still took 45 minutes to an hour to get everything to be able to start filling my storage.

ROSALIND O | Overall ExperienceThe unit I was assigned was as far from the door as possible in the building, I needed to remember an inconvenient access code which needed to be entered every time I wanted to go in. The worst part is that there were two roll up doors for loading/unloading when I rented the unit and they removed one and put up a cement block wall leaving only 1 access point. I went to get large items out of my unit 4 times waiting hours for other people to finish and move so I could gain access totaling 10 hours of wasted time. Dreadful experience.
