No ac in the truck. The absolute worst part is the entire U-Haul business needs to allow direct phone calls to the location. Very poor phone communication exists. I made the reservation online with no option to choose more than 24 hours. Just tiring dealing with itTerrance A.
It took awhile to find correct truck and I had to walk in and out the office multiple times for different items instead I being told I could grab keys, dollys, all before I went to truckBrittany R.

Be up front with charges. I picked up the trailer on Friday evening and returned it Saturday after the store closed in a condition to rent immediately. Expecting to get charged a day rate but had to pay for two days. This was not explained at time of rental.ERSKINE C.

This location was fine, but it was hard to find an automotive trailer, and a lot of the nearby locations didn't even have one normally. Need to reassess the fleet at each location to add more trailers that are rentable.CHRISTOPHER V.
Rented a truck at a U-Haul location 1.5 miles from my home. 2 weeks before I needed it. You failed to have a truck at that site, resulting in me having to travel an additional 8 miles to get one .You never called the day before, as you were supposed to, to let me know where to pick up the truck. Resulting in me having to call you, and being put on hold for 15 minutes. This is a corporate problem an needs immediate attention.WAYNE B.
I reserved a van online a few days prior to pickup. When I arrived on the day, I only got the van because someone else was a no-show. I noticed the disclaimer when I made the reservation, but I think revamping your system to better track your equipment so you don't reserve things you might not have would be a good idea. The employees were great to deal with, the van I rented was newer and in good shape and it turned out to be an overall good experience.Wendy H.

My original order was to pick up in Gettysburg PA. Which is about 20 mins from my home . At the last minute the location changed to York, which is a hour plus drive. It disrupted my time line for packing and departure. Only an apology was offered. You should also reconsider your decision to do away with Military discounts. As a veteran it would have been much appreciated.Jeffery J.

Everything was great. My only concern is that the trucks don't have bench seats only bucket seats. I needed a truck for 3 ppl but they only have room for 2. Must be a seatbelt and or liability issue. Overall great experience.CHRISTOPHER B.
I made my reservation over phone about 10 days out and rec'd confirmation but it never went into system to actually reserve the truck apparently..I rec'd an email the day before that I had to pick up truck 30 miles from where I thought I reserved it from in East Petersburg PA..by then there was no other truck closer to me available..I did receive a discount on my bill which was very much appreciated. Then when I pick up truck for one way rental to Rehobeth Beach I find out the closest drop off is 20 some miles away from Rehobeth. This was also a surprise as I could not believe there wouldn't be some where in the Lewes or Rehobeth area. The truck was fine and I did get the job done but scheduling and communication was not. The CSR that I did talk to and got me the discount was very goodJill M.

This was such a horrible experience. I reserved a truck on May 3rd for my move on May 29th. The truck was to be picked up 10 minutes from my home. At 9:25 p.m. the night before my move I receieved a confirmation that the truck was ready to be picked up an hour south of my house at 10:00 a.m. That was such an inconvenience and could of caused me to pay more money to my movers who were scheduled for 11:00. After hour and a half on the phone we were able to change the pick up time till 9:00. Had to have a family member go get it to save me 2 hours on the road. That was the worst customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. Highly upset with this experience. Sad thing is none of this was my fault and I have a confirmation email showing the pick up at the location by my house.GERALD W.
I ended up not using the unit at all. I took it out and brought it back within about 90 minutes. So I never even used the unit. You see my daughter was not happy with my choice of units. She had a friend get a 15 foot truck instead from Maryland to take her to Cockeysville, MD. They would not refund my money since I took it off the lot nor give me a discount.BRUCE F.
