Very friendly and professional staff at the Tualatin UHaul facility. One member was learning the robes behind the desk and her fellow workers helped her though the process of renting me the unit as well as checking in the trailer. I would highly recommend this site having used another local non-UHaul storage facility in the past where the staff had been difficult to find.

I had a reservation for self check-out. Was following the instructions. Went to the van and someone else was in it. The facility had checked it out to someone else. They then had to cancel my reservation and it took 3x as long to get checked out the vehicle.

I made a reservation for a saturday, tried to extend it to Sunday but online I was told that I couldn't extend since the truck was already neededd for someone else. So I made a new reservation for Sunday, tried calling and had a 20min wait time but was able to get someone to chat (and that still took at least 5min) who was then able to cancel my Sunday reservation and extend the Saturday reservation to Sunday - it seems that should have been easier

I pre-registered my trailer rental online, got there and only one worker at checkout, took 15+ minutes with customer, then one other customer in line. Took me over 45-minutes to pick up a pre-paid for trailer. ADD MORE EMPLOYEES TO ELIMINATE BOTTLENECK AT TIME OF PURCHASE. I was there Saturday and only one inside worker handling sales. Wow. Owner finally showed up to help out. Very frustrating.

I have used UHAUL on all of my moves (a lot). Never had a problem. This was my first time using the UBOX container to move out of state. I was told my BOX would be there on the 15th. After driving for 3 days straight, and being alone in a brand new state with not knowing anyone, I was looking forward to having my things and the comfort of home. Well, UHAUL changed the delivery date without telling me so I had to sleep on the floor with absolutely nothing because I didn't have any of my things. Then, on top of that, they made me hire 3rd party movers, an additional 200 $because "their truck wouldn't fit" in my apartment complex driveway, when in fact it could have. This was the move from hell thanks to UHAUL and I will never be using the UBOX service again through them.

The uhaul ramp was busted. It leaked another of water from the rain and soaked my bed and bottom of all my boxes. I called uhal 2 going on 3 days ago and was told someone would be reaching out to me and I haven't heard anything yet.

The vehicle had a strong smell of popery cleaners which gave me a headache. My wife has asthma and could not ride in the truck due to the smell. 1 star rating at best for that.

Overall it was as expected and went smoothly. The only aspect of the return process I didn't like was sharing my location online to verify correct location. It would be nice if there was an option to either share location or verify with picture of the storefront or some identifying feature.

Person who set me up initially was great - friendly, helpful. When I brought the trailer back I was again greeted in a friendly way, service was quick. I originally wanted the trailer for three days, brought it back a day early, wasn't charged for the third day. Overall experience - awesome!

RE: Contract : 22238057 There was a mileage error, when I returned the cargo van (BE 2325X) on Saturday afternoon (1,09) I drove only 20 miles (from your location to West Linn and back)  NOT 120 miles.  I believe there may have been an error in reading the odometer when I returned.  It was 9482 when I left, and I believe it was 9502 not 9602 when I returned it.  I can see how that might be any easy mistake to make.  Please revise my charges and credit the difference to my credit card. Only feedback is that the alarm would consistently go off when I was accessing or leaving my unit - even when I used my remote access button to get into the garage. It was fine, it always eventually shut off, but if there's one recommendation I've got it's to fix that. Everything else was great regarding my experience.

Had a very good experience here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is fantastic! I've used self-storage previously, but this is the nicest facility I've ever seen. The drive-through drop-off area is sheltered and warm, there are plenty of carts and dollies to get items from your vehicle to your storage unit, and the interior is a comfortable temperature, and kept very clean. We considered an upstairs unit, but chose a first floor unit because there is no elevator. This is the only downside of this facility.

Because it was going to be a rainy day, Sean placed my 3 UHaul Boxes into the covered drive-through area, which was a game-changer for me as I needed to sorted through the contents. When I decided to not take everything to my new apartment, it was very easy and efficient to rent a storage locker on the main floor. Sean even said that he would keep them in the covered area for another day for me. I highly recommend Uhaul of Lake Oswego!

I had nothing but problems with the accounting department. Mix ups happened on a regular basis. There was no one to talk to when an accounting error occurred. No one seemed to know what to do. The last straw was when someone charged my unit to my mother's account even though I had set up automatic withdrawal from my account and it had been active for months.

Everyone I interacted with were so nice and pleasant to deal with. The registration process was easy. I felt that the storage facility was not only clean but very secure. I liked being able to unload in a dry inside place while it rained like crazy outside. But it was the lower rental fee and no hidden costs that initially brought me to this facility. The floors of the warehouse looked like they were never swept. There was a sticky spot right in front of my unit the whole time I had one. Also I moved out on the first, and after calling multiple times and being told the manager would get ahold of me, I had to call again almost two weeks later, to close my account and get my refund. It's in a great location, but other then that, nothing good to say.

Your storage unit system is bad. You have to bring all your stuff through a small "man door" !! Instead of using my "free" unit I went to "public storage" across the street and paid them 185,00 $ !!
