Equipment was cleaned. All the lights worked when hooked-up and checked before leaving. However, the running lights kept blowing fuses when in tow not allowing safe towing at night. I've rented from uhaul many times and this is the first time experiencing this issue. I will continue to rent from uhaul. My only issue is when I have tried to contact the UHaul where i was supposed to be on my Uhaul, I can never gt hold of anyone. Always sent to a Universal agent.Kyle S.
My paperwork was given to somone else. I didn't realize until I got to the van and noticed a $60k difference in mileage. I went back in and they didn't give me a copy of the correct one. Just a draft receipt so I had no record other than a photo I took of the mileage and gas. The van smelled like sweat. I had to drive with the window down. Everytime (3) I have rented from this location there has been some sort of problem at pickup. Wrong contract. Self check-in and the store gave the van to someone else so that when I got there someone else was driving off with the vehicle the app sent me to. THey had to cancel my order and enter it again. Who ever was working 5/2 needs a bonus. He had to cover for 3 others that didn't show up for work that day. This is the second time I was there on a weekend and employees hasn't shown up for work, you may want to reevaluate your weekend help. Otherwise I was happy with your location.MARK L.
I had a horrific experience with all three U-Haul locations I went to. This company is terribly managed and incredibly disorganized. I reserved a storage unit and they didn't even have one available after I made the reservation. They messed up my u-Haul truck reservation as well and gave me the wrong type of truck for a one-way move so I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up a different truck and then get it fixed up with an auto transport. The U-Haul that I went to to hook up the auto transport gave our reservation to another client so we had to straighten all of that out which took another hour. After all this hassle U-Haul did nothing to make it better no apology no discount no refund nothing! To be honest I just would have wanted them to do what they said they would do and I have some goddamn customer service! Next time I move I'm going to look up every other possible option I'm never recommending U-Haul to anyone I know ever!RUTH MICHELLE F.
We had to wait in line for over an hour because there was only one employee working. He said three people called out so he was just doing his best but it should not have taken that long to return a truck and buy some boxes.Kevin H.
I'd prefer the default to always be an online pickup. When I got there, the door was locked (7:45pm) and I was just lucky that an employee came over, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get my van.Daniel C.

The location is clean and set up nicely. However there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service. I do not like that you cannot call this location. When you call you get put to the main line, and the staff at this location will not call you back even when the call center puts in a request. When I was returning my vehicle I was told all was well. But a few hours later I noticed my order was still active. Due to the phone situation I ended up having to drive back over later in the day because they had not completed the return and did not call me back about it. I would have been charged a late fee even though I brought the van back in plenty of time. I was also charged for gas when I only drove 8 miles. A couple of the staff members, like Dionne, are fantastic. But overall I left feeling frustrated and upset. The call center staff are fantastic. Shout out to Amber for trying to help me.AMANDA H.
The process was a bit laborious for the $15 six hour rental of a small trailer. I can see it for a large truck. The people who served me were great.ROBERT JOHN J.
Computers seem to always be â€œslowâ€ or not working properly. I've rented here for years, and there hasn't been a time when at least one if not two of the computers were not working. This past time it took me roughly 45 minutes just to get the paper work for the trailer, even though I ordered, reserved, paid for, & checked in all online. I do want to make sure and let it be known that ElI is remarkable and hope that he will be there every time I rent at this location!! He's positive customer centric attitude, and hustle to get the customer on his/her way, should be rewarded!!CHRISTIAN DEAN P.
