Easily the best U-haul customer service experience, which is why this is the only store I use though others are closer to me. Have rented trucks here over the past couple of decades.... good job!

Matt D.I don't have a problem with the pick up place. I have a problem with where I ordered the trailer on Pacific Hwy in Tigard, OR. He told me my car was definitely ok for this trailer. When I went to pick it up the guy who connected me said "I don't know who authorized this" It was a heavy load for my Lexus ES350.

I had originally made a reservation (a month prior) with a different location in Tigard and got a call the day before to let me know my reservation had been moved to Salem. These folks helped me correct the U-haul location as this was a great source of stress to have U-haul not let me know they changed my reservation.

daniel D.Scheduling delivery at the destination was a problem. One u haul office doesn't necessarily communicate with another. Day of arrival was delayed, because the local office did not do weekend deliveries. “Guaranteed delivery date†turned out to be delivery to warehouse 2 hours away, requiring a transfer. You have to be flexible or allow more time for goods to arrive. Also, numerous automated emails requesting calls to confirm, even after speaking directly with Uhaul representatives.

Michele S.Upon the UBOX arrival at our new home in Arizona, we were not able to open the box. We called the Sun City West, Surprise, AZ office, not Oregon, for assistance. The staff suggested we pry open the box or shimmy it in case something had shifted.We spoke with the office 2-3 times. No one could offer help until scheduled later that evening. Eventually, on our own, we realized that the box had been bolted shut so a new neighbor came over to unbolt it. We couldn't do it as our tools were in the box!! We were extremely frustrated that the local office had no idea why we couldn't open the box or get us assistance until much later. Please send this information to the correct branch of UHaul. We were pleased with our Oregon process, and the box was delivered on time as well.Our belongings all arrived safe and undamaged. The box got picked up on the day it was scheduled although the office tried to push it off one day and kept with the original date when we insisted .

Dai N.Yes location to get to. Fast and easy pickup after I reserved a truck online. I used a 10 ft. cube truck and it was perfect. I was impressed with how it handled hills. There were several very steep grades to access where I needed to get to and the truck easily climbed the hills, fully loaded at a nice steady speed. Drop off is also very easy at this location.

So I loved that U-Haul offered a solution that was so secure, temperature controlled and easy to manage online while I was away. The staff were also very accommodating when I misunderstood the reason for the two lock slots and were patient with me as I was travelling Ana couldn't return immediately to remove one of my locks. Move out process was seamless.

brenda b. | Expérience généraleThe inside storage is excellent. However, my motorhome was vandalized in the outdoor lot. The cover was removed, a tarp stolen, and the door and lock were damaged. I no longer have the feeing that the RV storage lot is secure.
