This location was great to work with! The staff was very responsive and quick to reply to phone calls and emails. Can't say enough how easy it was to rent from here. I would definitely use this location again and would highly recommend it to others.

Hello! I have left two messages on 4/1 and 4/2 with the USA 1 self storage facility in Hebron, KY employees with no return call from manager. The employees said the manager has to look at the details. As the regional manager of Uhaul in North Ft. Myers, FL can tell you we do 35-50 one way rentals each year and have never had an issue until now. We intentionally drive 45 miles one way to pick up the Uhauls because of the top notch service provided by the folks at the North Ft. Myers, FL office. They always have all the equipment we need. The destination agent USA 1 Self Storage in Hebron, KY charged our Visa on file for 2 extra days. Truck was returned as planned, clean, fueled and under allowed mileage and our staff flew out the same evening. The destination agent USA 1 Self Storage in Hebron, KY checked in the equipment the following day mid day and charged us for 2 additional days. We have order number 86094635 coming up with a drop off to this same facility on April 16th which we will most likely not use in efforts to avoid unnecessary additional fees. It is a matter of principle at this point with no return calls and all the time involved on our behalf. Please advise. Thank you

I rented the 15' truck ($268.00) and Tow Dolly ($49,00) plus $5 Environment fee (~$322 plus tax) over the phone and it was supposed to be picked up at 2020 Northside Drive in Hebron KY. The person on the phone said someone would help us with the Tow Dolly. When we arrived we were told to go to another location. At the new location, we were charged more money and there was no help with anything. Very misleading.

This location is not a real Uhaul!! The lady has to go find a truck and tow for me a day before and when I made the reservation they recommend the wrong size. Then when I went to pick it up and realized it was too small then they overcharged me big time!!! I have a call into the head manager and the local office in Hebron needs to be shut down!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this location as it relates to the U-Haul service they provide. I used the 24/7 feature since I had to get the truck after hours and complete my move over night before a snow storm in January (was hitting next morning). The team neglected to include the Appliance Dolly and moving blankets I had requested and paid for. Unfortunately, because I had to move in the middle of the night from a storage unit, I had no way to secure another dolly, and I had to leave appliances in my storage unit and pay another $200 to continue to rent the storage unit until I could secure assistance again, and pay for yet another rental truck. Costumer service was awful. The manager at this location only contacted me (despite my independent attempts) after I had to call U-haul directly multiple times to get him to reach out to me. No proper resolution. I ended up renting a Penske truck for the next trip to get my appliances. Penske was EXCELLENT customer service. Would recommend them instead, if you are looking to do a rental truck! *also, some uhaul reps were more helpful than others (I had to make MULTIPLE calls hoping to resolve this)

Facility is wonderful. I would encourage people to contact the facility directly, as they did not get my request from UHaul, I had to speak with them directly. Great staff as well.

The van was no very clean. The surfaces needed wiped down. The door/window controls in particular were dirty. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location was convenient and well maintained. The van ran great and got excellent gas mileage. It was a good experience.

Make a reservation weeks in advance. Night before pickup, told one isn't available. Citing the only one (in the entire state) is broken and not able to be fixed at the time of pickup. Seriously???!!! How is that possible?

Truck broke down after one mile. No replacement was provided. I asked for a refund and was told "We don't give refunds." My need for the truck was very time-sensitive. Waiting for UHaul road service to arrive was not an option. Went to a competitor to get a truck.

The location was great but Uhaul as a company needs to do a better job when placing a customer at a location to pick up a truck. It specifically says in the email that Uhaul will call with a convenient location. So by Uhaul calling the customer and confirming the location, there should be no change of the location afterwards. If Uhaul has to make a change, then Uhaul should give the customer a big compensation. With my own experience, I had to talk to multiple people, most of who were sympathetic until I had to talk to the last person which was a supervisor named Evan. He was completely rude and disrespectful the entire time. He kept saying that Uhaul is allowed to move the location as it is written on the website, which it is not! Costumer service, especially Supervisors should be respectful and nice which is not how Supervisor Evan was.

Work on your customer service! When calling the lady in the office to ask about the amount charged and to let her know that we dropped off the U-Haul she was rude and claimed she could not tell me the amount charged to the card because the contract was in my husband's name even though the CARD IS IN MY NAME. I have the right to know what you are charging to my card.

The woman that took care of the transaction was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient, both while picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Though I don't remember her name, (sorry!) she is the reason that I felt compelled to submit a review. The van was as described and fuel efficient. We’ve used Uhaul several times to move personal items and would recommend them to friends and family. I would recommend a buy back program for used boxes. Even though the boxes are a reasonable price new why not make $$ on them twice. I have people buying my used boxes at a great price.

The truck wasn't at the location I reserved it at. So we had to go to this location. After it was all said and done we went 20 minutes out of our way...plus we had to pay for the extra mileage.

The first uhaul center I picked up my truck in had some engine light light, transmission wouldn't work. uhaul system down. so onto next location. next location system was still down. since I prepaid for this (to allegedly save time) I had to wait for the employee to call his manager about what to do (since uhaul system still down). so 1 hour it took to get the final truck even though I prepaid the whole event to save time. second truck had large piece of trim on driver side hanging off being hazard to anyone near. so neither truck was well maintained. employees didn't know what they were doing. didn't save time by prepaying. uhaul can't keep their system up. bad programming I guess or support from uhaul IT group or data processing center. Honestly, unless you make something right but giving me back some money, you have lost my business in the future.

Without knowledge, nobody was there to turn this truck in. I had to spend 20 minutes checking out online, using my own personal smartphone data. Fortunately, I had a smartphone with me. I was then charged an extra $42 for an extra day, but I had the truck turned in WELL before the deadline on my contract. I called and emailed, with no help thus far.
