I was very happy to have done everything on the app in advance. It made the check out easy. The person checking me out was nice and professional. The truck was right out front and easy to get on my way.

Your company representatives misrepresented the inconvenience caused by having to go so far to pick up the truck. I was informed that I would be credited with a 50 mile reduction to my trip but at the end of the trip your representative said that I was given a 50 mile allowance (to drive 50 more miles). What customer gets any benefit for being allowed to drive extra miles? Who would do that? I drove from my home to the destination so the more fair thing to compensate for my inconvenience would be to reduce the mileage charged to my account. If U-Haul cannot fix this I don’t envision ever using your services again.
Christopher KEverything about the Uhaul vehicle and pick up/drop off location was fine. The ONLY problem with my 2 recent Uhaul experiences was with the mobile app (I work in IT and am very familiar with mobile applications). The app froze up/crashed on me both times I tried to use it; and the exact status of my rental was in limbo. While I was overall thrilled with the "Uhaul Experience", the mobile app left a lot to be desired. :(

MARCOS FWhile location and equipment experience was excellent, trying to use the app to return the equipment early was sub-par. Reached step 5 of 5 (take pictures of equipment to show condition upon return) and it would tell me one of the pictures wasn’t good and to retake, so I would retake that one and continue, but then the app would come back and tell me four others were bad. Kept doing that five or so times, and would never let me fully complete the process. Called regional office and spoke with Tina, and she confirmed the rental was checked in and to send the pics I had taken to you to verify no damage to the truck during my rental period. Appreciate the effort from Tina. Need to figure out the bugs in the app for a wholly positive experience.
