I never moved in. It just took too long for customer service to set me up. We had to pick up U-Haul from another place by a certain time and I had people helping me that were ona time schedule. After 20 minutes on hold and waiting for a callback it was probably another 30 or 40 minutes before the issue was resolved. I had to move on some place else. Customer service was polite.
