When I tried to call, I got a recording saying it would be about 20 minutes before my call would be answered. I live 3 minutes away so I went over only to find about 5 employees not busy at all! I did all my precheck-in stuff to speed getting out of there with my trailer quickly, but this was the second time that they said that they didn't see it and basically had to go through the shit again. Even though I'm standing there with all my ID's and a credit card the OWNER what's them to call a friend or family member to prove it's really me (What B.S.), I had to bother my wife at work to get my trailer. Back in the late 80's I worked for a person that had a U- haul location and we NEVER treating our customers like they were a bother, because they were the reason we could open our doors everyday. The attitude of this owner shows through the trickle effect that it has on it's employees!!! Even though it's only 3 minutes from my place, I'll drive 20 minutes to make sure I never give that owner anymore of my money and I rent trailers and trucks on a regular bases!Randy W.

While the Buckley location was a smooth experience, we initially made the reservation at another location. When we got to the other location, we were told we needed to go to a different place for pick up. The guy who was helping us rent the truck froze and glazed out mid transaction and then walked off saying he needed a break and walked off without finishing anything. Had to have someone else stop what he was doing to finish the transaction. This was the worse experience ever! The guy helping me out de died to take my fuel box cover off to see why the lights weren't working. He dropped a piece of my cover inside my car! Then could not fix it. I had to wait for another store to be able to help me out which caused a delay in my travels. Have used this specific location for the last couple years for my moving and storage needs. Everyone is friendly and always very helpful, makes moving a little less stressful. The store is always stocked with many useful supplies. The price is reasonable for what you get and the move out process is very easy. This location only has 1, sometimes 2 representatives working the counter for equipment pickup. Everytime I have been there the line wraps from the counter to the entry door... sometimes out side. If you want to pick up your truck at the designated time you will need to get there 1hr prior to your pickup time. If you have an 4hr rental they will shorten your rental time from when they finally get around to checking you in to rent your reserved vehicle. If you choose not to return your equipment electronically they will try to charge you for an extra day eventhough you were on the lot and in line prior to your return time. On a positive note Duane the lot attendant for equipment return is usually positive and does whatever possible to get you checked in without additional charges.DEWAYNE G.

Service here has gone downhill quickly I am a regular at running trucks here and this is the first experience I've ever had to return a truck two hours after running it because the burning smell when you are driving Really fills up the cabin so I didn't get done half of the stuff I needed to and returned it on a 24 hour turnaround within two hours got no refund got no option to rent another truck nothing and when I arrived at the truck I had to climb through 3 feet of snow to get into the cab because they didn't shovel it or pull it up front I am very displeased with this branch and probably will take my business elsewhereChristine U.

Prices were much higher than advertised and what we agreed upon. The manager and another employee were having a personal conversation in front of customers during the entire check in process. I was rushed and treated as a nuisance while trying to ask questions about prices. I was wrongfully charged and caused my bank account to be over drafted. I was treated poorly when returning blankets. I was told when I checked out the packing blankets on Friday that I could return on Monday at no additional charge. When I returned them Monday I was hit with two days of late charges. It took way too long to resolve with both counter person and manager. No acknowledgement or apology from them, just a reiteration that my contract allowed them to charge the extra fee. When the manager finally reversed the charge after taking way to long to resolve, he simply told me he reversed the extra charge and said nothing more. He wasn't rude, but he sure wasn't very pleasant. Would never recommend the place or return.lou R.

My appointment was switched without my acknowledgment. I needed the van at 6 am for contactless pickup. Kimberly switched it to 7 in person pickup delaying my day a whole hour. The check in process took another 30 mins so I didn't leave with my van until 7:30 giving me only 2,5 hours to pack and move which was impossible given I'm pregnant. I wasn't able to move everything like I needed to. Super disappointed in this company. The customer service line with Sherry and customer service manager Rey were helpful in trying to find me a place that would have something for me but unfortunately those solutions did not work for me. I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the 89,99 $ if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert.
