This location help allowed us extra days in turn date because of the hassel we went thru to leave. We drove this truck for 4 days and the equipment seemd be fine.

Great experience, at this location, and also with after hours 800 representative. They took care of all my needs! If only they could do the same with my wants. Ha Ha
The second employee who came up to our car was helpful but the first one was not. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. They were polite but not friendly like they were at our pickup location in Benton Harbor.

Our confirmation was to pick up trailer at Kipling & Chatfield. Told it had been changed to Girton Dr. trailer wasn't there either. Never received notification of either change. Neither site was helpful & could have cared less. Called support & held for over 20 min then disconnected. Called again & held for 20 min. We drove to Santa Fe location and he was very helpful and found us a trailer at the Buckley location. Great service at your own locations but terrible at your remote sites. Calling is a looping nightmare and we never did get help only transferred from one number to the next only to be placed on hold again.
after SPENDING 5 HOURS ON THE PHONE, WITH MULTIPLE TRANSFERS, WE FINALLY GOT A SMALLER TRUCK THAN THE ONE ORDERED 6/2!!@! WE HAD TO TAKE 2 TRUCKS AND MAKE 3 TRIPS TO GET A TRAILER THAT WASN'T WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. wE RAN 5 HOURS LAST ON THIS ENTIRE MOVE BECAUSE SOMEONE IN EVERGREEN, co GAVE OUR 26' TRUCK THE DAY BEFORE TO SOMEONE USE MY PHONE NUMBER AND MY SON'S DRIVER'S LICENSE. SEEMS LIKE AN INSIDE DEAL TO ME. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!
Everything went great! It was an easy in and easy out.
More people running the counter first thing in the morning. It took 40 minutes for us to get our van. Also some declarations at the entrance to be prepared to provide references. It took so long also because of the sheer volume of people not prepared to rent a vehicle.
Required additional information above what was required on the reservation and forced me to provide an additional contact and called them in the middle of their work day to verify a working number. Staff were not inviting. Staff did not place pads in truck as I was told, good thing I checked for myself. I will not rent from this location again!
I wanted a simple cargo van...what I got was the small truck.
I did not receive a phone call the day prior, as I was told to be expecting. I had to call the customer service line, the store I originally ordered from, and then the store I was transferred to in order to confirm my reservation...all the night before. Again, I was told I would be notified of my pick up location the day before at 6pm. By 5:30pm I had received no phone calls, emails, or text notifications. I called the customer service line, was on hold for 25 minutes and then disconnected. I called the original store I ordered from (Park Hill, CO U-haul). I was again on hold for over 20 minutes; however, finally obtained an answer of my pick up location. Because of the difficulty I had renting the truck in the first place (from E. Colfax location in Denver, CO), I decided to call S. Buckley U-haul location in Aurora, CO to be sure that is where my truck was located. After an almost 15 minute hold I was finally able to confirm this was my rental location. The woman on the phone seemed agitated with my "silly" question. The ONLY helpful employee and easy part of this rental process was Damien at the S. Buckley location. He was very polite and extremely competent. He was able to answer all of my questions directly and promptly. I was thankful for him and his help. Overall, this was a very stressful experience due to the complete lack of communication.

I had paid for a furniture dolly and I was not provided one. I also set the return tome to 6 but the app defaulted me back to 4 during self check in.
I was overcharged an additional $29.95 for an extra day that I did not have the truck. I called the location and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I got a representative to take a look at my contract and realized I was overcharged on 7/1/2020 stating a supervisor would contact me. I have not heard from anyone at U-Haul and would appreciate my $29.95 credit as soon as possible. I have been a long time customer of U-Haul and would hate to take my business to a competitor over something so simple as crediting my money.

Employees are rude. Barely got my keys to uhaul, stood in line for over an hour, paid my movers extra time due to this. Woman claimed we didn't have a reservation when we did

Your online dropoff program didn't work. It wouldn't execute the photo command demonstrating the clean trailer.
Very efficiently run location
Took a bit to get us checked out and rate was initially wrong ($160 vs $60) but they got it fixed and check in was SO EASY! The manager, I think his name was Damien, was awesome!!
I was charged $100 for a $30 plus mileage rental. I only extended the rental 4 hours and returned it early. I also didn't use any of the equipment inside the truck so I'm not understanding how it went from $30 to $100. And the person told me I could leave and I didn't get an email until a half an hour later with $100 worth of charges for nothing
