The employees working on Monday morning (7am) were not helpful and did not check the van I rented in until 1:30pm on Tuesday, resulting in two extra days on my receipt. I hope this will be resolved quickly.

Used the app to rent and return the rental truck. Followed all instructions for returning the truck by myself and was instructed to finally drop the keys in the lockbox. Sign on key lock boxes said that the Dropbox for keys was located by the green awning. I walked over to the awning and asked a U-Haul employee by the green lockbox where the lockbox was. He asked me why I hadn’t parked in the “rental return line” of moving trucks that he was working on. I said that I followed the directions on the app and it never said to do that. He then kept asking me the same question and berating me for not doing what he wanted. I told him that I just need the lockbox location and he finally told me where it was. It is probably a miscommunication between what the app instructs people to do versus what the employees think is supposed to happen. The interaction was frustrating and it kind of pissed me off that he was not more friendly and argued with me over something so trivial.

I felt almost pushed by the phone agent when simply just looking for a quote and some questions. I didnt like the intensity of her trying to "sell". Also this location forgot my dollys. Other than that store staff was very nice and helpfully.

I turned in the truck I rented with the same amount of fuel. Then I got the email I was charged for a refuel even though I filled it right before I dropped it off to the same level on the original receipt. I drove it 32 miles and it cost me 160 dollars, I will take my business elsewhere.

The truck I requested and was approved the take was given away. Lady seemed very impatient with the system and me and my $3 mattress cover I bought online while placing the order was not given to me, no was I reminded or instructed to take one and would like a refund.

I actually were expecting great service all around, the office staff inside were very great however, the truck I was giving was poor! Im very disappointed, first the truck was dirty inside the driving area as well as in the back of the truck! We never cleaned out! The guy that checked the truck back in said that these people not sure who he was referring to but said they dont ever clean the trucks and because I marked that it wasnt clean that I would be charged a $25 cleaning fee which it was already dirty when I picked the truck up not sure why no one checked the truck before I left with it but however he decided to not charge the $25, second the truck smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in it! I dont smoke anything and it wasnt a pleasant smell! Third the drivers side visor didnt stay connected to the clip that holds it, its very dangerous for people to have to hold up a visor while driving because it wont stay up. Moved it to the side and it blocked the side mirrors, so couldnt see very well so I had to hold it up while driving so it wouldn’t block my view both ways! Im sorry to say I wont rent from this location in the near future! Very dissatisfied with the quality of the truck for me to rent. Felt unsafe! I mentioned this to the guy that checked the truck back in and he didn't have much to say.

I had reserved a cargo van prior to coming in and it still took about 30 minutes to check out. When I got in the van it was closing time the check engine light was on the tire low light was on and the mileage on my paperwork Red Devil what it did on the odometer.

The place I was supposed to turn the trailer to was closed on Sunday abs had no place to drop off. I called the El Paso location and was transferred to the LNJ location. We were meet and the person was very helpful and let us know he would take care of us. He was the only person outside it got busy but he took the time to acknowledge us and made sure we turned in the equipment in a timely manner. I appreciate that he acknowledged us through the confusion earlier.

I was over charged for an extra day and an after hours charge too. I dropped off my rental 30 mins early at 3:30 pm on the 9/29 (Due back by 4 pm on 9/29) and it was not checked in officially in the system until 6:30 am on 9/30 (the following day)! The uhaul employee, Deon, who was checking my trailer in phone died while he was processing my trailer check in. Deon assured me it would not be an issue and it would get checked in before 4 pm. This was not the case. I was charged a extra day and a $20 after hours fee. I am currently disputing these extra charges through customer service, and will not pay the over charges.

The wait was entirely too long for just picking up a pre reserved van. Then the van I finally was assigned was blocked in and the key to the van blocking mine was no where to be found. More wait time and it put me in a bind to get my job done. Then at checking the van back in, the check in system was not working, so I had to go back to the Main indoor counter.
