The two young African American girls at the front desk are both rude and brash in their tone while customers are attempting to obtain service. One young lady told me she will help you over there, but when giving directions she was pointing with food in her hand. The two young lady blues out “you gotta have a credit card”. As if there was doubt that I may not. The customer was extremely poor and unprofessional.

Let people know about the gas on the vehicles when they're renting one, because when one has rented in the past and the vehicle had to be left on full and then you're given one that's almost on empty...it's a shock, especially when it's gonna be driven for a long distance!

Long lines. Inefficient personnel who directed me to the wrong lot. Truck had steering issues that made it difficult to drive. I had reserved this truck a week in advance at a location 2 miles from my home. Less than 24 hours before pickup uhaul switched me to this location. I was given a rebate but the inconvenience was far greater than the refund amount. I won't be back.

this is our "go to" pick up close to our office and we've always had good experiences with this location.

Dropped the trailer off well before the due date and learned that they charged me a $20 "after hours service fee" despite dropping the trailer off in the middle of business hours. Additionally, their drop off bay is far from the actual office and it has never actually had anyone stationed there in the two times I've used this location, so you have to park your trailer, then walk all the way over to the building to get them to call someone to meet you at dropoff. Overall just a really poor experience. Will not be using this location, or Uhaul again.

I can't say enough about the man who helped me with drop-off. It was a cold, rainy day and he was still smiling and customer focused. This is definitely my "home" u-haul center from now on just because of him. With two daughters in college, I know I'll be back!

Poor service at counter, had to walk the lot to find my truck, no one checked out the truck with us, associate was More concerned with conversation with 6 other associates, with manager standing there watching the entire transaction. No on showed concern about my transaction except for the person checking us back in which was very pleasant. Will never use this location again, shocked to receive such inferior service from uhaul.

I’ve been using U-Haul about 5 years as my transportation for my business. And I want to say thank you very much to Mariela Esqueda for her effort and quick in helping me get on the road. I missed calculation on my move and had to switch truck. Her customer service was outstanding and she valued my time, no much question and get all paper work done in minutes and let me on my way in no time.

The Truck had a worn out seat . No cushion on the driver seat so that I felt every bump. It had hurt my back by the time me turned it back in. There was so much play in the steering that I would not drive it on the Freeway. It felt like it had 200 + thousand miles on it. We were able to use it to move the stuff, so over all it was an ok experience.

I've rented two different trailers here in the past two weeks. Each time I had a lengthy wait for someone to hook them up. This morning was ridiculous! Waited 25min for someone to hook up... this afternoon when I returned the trailer I had to wait a while for someone to disconnect. Pitiful! I'm perfectly capable of performing both tasks myself, but I guess that's against U-Haul policy. I've used this location over the years because it's close and offers a complete selection of rentals. These last two experiences were bad it negates any benefit of doing an online express check-in. Has the management changed?

Please don’t hire rude and unprofessional people. Deon needs some customer service experience under his belt. He would be the reason people would not choose to this particular location to do business with. You can’t talk to a person any way because you never know what a person is going through. The young ladies inside were very helpful, understanding and professional. I can’t remember their names but they worked on the morning of Friday January 24,2020. Thank you Uhaul for helping me to move back home so I could see my doctors and get well.

I made a reservation to pick up a 10' Uhual Truck at 12:30p. I had the confirmation code and a location to where to pick up. They sent me to the LBJ location, then they sent me to the location of Jupiter Rd and Amanda St and lastly they sent me back to the LBJ location. I went to four different locations and some how at the end they tried changing my reservation to a 20' truck. I reserved a 10' truck. I did not get my uhual until 2p. This was very frustrating.

Extremely inefficient. It took over an hour of waiting in line and completing all this paperwork AFTER I had already completed it online as your website suggested. Somehow they did not get any of it and needed me to redo it all at their counter. Many people didn't know what to do, employees would often have to ask one another for help with something, and I would often be told wrong info (after my trailer was hooked up, the guy doing the hook-up told me to go back inside to complete more paperwork. After going back inside and waiting in line again, I was told that "No, indeed I didn't have any more paperwork.") Apart from that, the employees where at least friendly and personable.

Lady that assisted me that morning was the best I've ever encountered with Uhaul at this location. I had avoided the location for years, until this past January 15, 2020. She was super helpful, friendly, and appeared to enjoy her job. What a great hire!

Had a problem with right tail light not working road side fixed it took three hours put me behind a day had to hire more help to unload. windows had something on them that Windex would not remove. next time I will request the ford and check the lights.

I always get trucks from this location this was the first time I had bad experience. When I got there took two trucks before they could find one that works. After returning the truck back same day before closing. I walked in and the lady talk to me from distance like if I was bothering her I tried to explain she was fast talking so I got mad and left. Took 8 calls to get my money put on my card which made me made really upset no return call still till this day.

I am nearly 52 and this poor customer service experience is second only to a really bad experience I had with a big telecommunications company at least ten years ago. I wish you would look at the cameras, look through the history of my calls and communications with you, the number of attempts I made and your staff made to resolve the simple issue of the U-Haul app not working during an after hours return that was a day early. I’m calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I hope someone in customer service will check into the vortex of incompetence surrounding a simple transaction. David Hurt 214-500-9669

The notification for your agents that there is a scheduled visit to ubox is not visually clear in the UI, Based on the description provided - it is a very small icon which eludes the attention of those using the application. The workaround suggested was to talk to the local agents but that's occurs rarely because the answering machine picks up most of the time.
