Is there a zero rating to rate this people? I never had scary experience before this. I rented a cargo van and returned same day with in 4 hours during office hours. This people did not processed my return until three days passed. I got several voicemails from them but I couldn't understand what was that due to fast unclear voice. Days later, I got email saying I should return the vehicles on next day. That's the point I understood something was going on. I checked my bank account, they keep charging me for not returning vehicle. I called uhaul customer service. A representative told me she called the place and they were going to correct mistake and were going to call me later. I was waiting few hours and after I called uhaul office to find out what was going on. Assistant manager hung up. So, I drove there to find out why they were doing it. After waiting on line 15-20 minutes, the manager processed return but he put wrong return date, three days later actual return. They even did not said sorry. I felt they did it purposely. I don't know what happened to the vehicle which was officially now under my rental period. That was horrible and scary experience I ever had renting uhaul. I hope the company will investigate this kind of incidents, so no other customer has to go through this kind of malpractice and abuse.

I called to verify and ask a question about a reservation I was Making on line. I was told it was not available even though it said it was on the website. I was asked to hold for a moment...over 30 Minutes later I am still holding. We finally just drove over in person because we could not get a person on the phone. Lots of people waiting in line for a lengthy amount of time. Disorganized and definitely not enough workers inside and outside for hook ups and trucks. All employees were very nice and courteous but were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed by the number of customers. It was a management issue. I don't know if I would return to this store if it is always that chaotic.

The dropoff experience was simple and easy. Grant was very pleasant and efficient. The no contact pick up process was arduous and didn't work. The number for my truck isn't anywhere near where the directions say it is located. Directions say bottom left of truck. (It's on the back at the top!) I couldn't find my truck so I went inside. I was told it was broken and I was offered a different size because my size wasn't even available. I reserved this truck 5 days ago. The total cost was higher than my original reservation. The young woman helping me was not friendly. I had to ask her where the truck was, she simply said outside to the left and I asked about finding the truck number (since I didn't find it the first time) she said "You'll see it." I had already loaded my DL and my CC# into my Uhaul profile but she still asked for those things. I'll never rent from this location again.

The return was terrible. I did the online return but there wasn't a key drop box. This was during open hours. There wasn't anyone at the drop point. Several other customers were more frustrated than me. I went inside to speak with the counter workers who told me they don't Checkin trucks And to go back outside. Finally I just left the key in the truck. Frustrating.

I had to go back to return rental because lights were not working after I left and had to return The young lady and tech s were able to help me and were able to fix the problem by getting a replacement rental quickly

Everything was great until the end. My card was double charged and waiting on customer service to get back with me to return my money. My card was charged without them sending me verification via email that I had returned the dolly, so I had to go back up there late and take pictures on their sight to varify that the dolly had been dropped of then brought me to pay out in order to finish rent agreement. Needless to say I need my money back for the extra charge on my card.

Superb service! Aungelique Vickers is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. The trailer pick up and return process was very quick and efficient. The gentlemen that hooked up the trailer were professional and made certain that the furniture dollies and pads were placed in the trailer; and that everything worked. The trailer return was a breeze.

Was really frustrating when I go through the whole app process to get a trailer and then they tell me I have to go inside to check out. The whole point of the app is having not to go inside. Otherwise the customer service is always very friendly and does a great job.

The return process was great but picking up the trailer took way too long. They seemed to be understaffed so we had to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes. Then when we went out to get the trailer there was no one to help us and we had to go ask someone for help. Also even though we had reserved a particular size trailer they didn't have that size and we had to go with something else.
