First went to the skillman/forest lane(private business),the owner had no clue what he was doing,equipment was not working and he had no clue how to refund the transaction.wasted 2hrs ,got new equipment from the garland location,but before i could use the car dolly ,it was too late ,took it back to the garland location explained the situation to the clerk,hoping to get a refund ,but she said theirs nothing she could do. Basically i paid for an equipment ,but could could not use it because the first location i went to (skillman/forest lane) had an some without any clue working their and bad equipment

We reserved at a location in south Dallas. Then when we showed up the trailer wasn’t there. So we had to drive 30 minutes to get it at another location. They wouldn’t give us any break for their mistake

The staff was kind of rude to me when I told them I would have to keep the truck a little longer. Things happen and sometimes you just have to extend your time. We were sorry but we were not thru moving and we did return the next day

Check tires air pressure before customer leaves. Low rire dis not show till loading vehicle on trailer. Lucklie i had a compressor with me Thanks alwsys Big Daddy G

When I placed the order, I was told a dolly came with all the trucks and there would be no charge. When I picked up the truck, Jason not only argued with me but told me that was not true. I was charged for the dolly after being told At the time I placed the order, i would not be. Also, we moved on a rainy day. The bottom of the truck got damp of course, but not soaked. However, when we unloaded, water was standing on top of our furniture and boxes and literally standing in the floor of the truck. Boxes were soaked, too/ top and bottom. We discovered the rain got in from a leak on one side at the top of the truck. When we returned the truck, we were told by Jason that he would check it out later. Horrible customer service, accused a customer of lying and provided poor equipment that is now causing me to dry out and repack my good after an already miserable day. What can you do to improve? Repair and provide quality equipment, treat your customers with respect and hire/train people who know what great customer service is and care about their job.

Received the truck with 1/4 of a tank and I filled the truck up back to a 1/4 of a tanks and still got charged extra for not filling it back to 1/4 of a tank. Man, I’m sure U-Haul or someone in U-Haul is making a killing of this kind of shit! Lol. If you needed $7.00 +/- that bad, I guess ya needed it more than I did. Enjoy!

I had a wonderful experience! I moved to OK but reserved the wrong size truck. They where able to locate a 20ft truck at a near bye location and rent it for me. They where very nice, very professional, and very patient with me. Even the drop off location in Midwest City, OK where very nice and professional! I appreciate the great service.

The location I reserved my truck from didn’t have the truck onsite but I didn’t know this until I drove over there to pick it up. Then I was asked to drive a few miles down the road to another location. Very frustrating

The process to return the truck after hours was not explained at all. I was told that I would just have to answer a few questions. It would have been nice to know that I should answer those questions before I drop the keys in the night box. I was not able to get back in the rental to take pictures of the odometer, the inside cab, etc because I dropped the keys in the night box prior to completing the online check out process. Clear and thorough communication would have made that process much easier. Also, the website took a long time to load so it took me over 30 minutes to get through the checkout.

Nothing needs to change. I went in was waited on immediately. When I picked the van up It only took minutes and when I returned it the employees were friendly and very helpful and again it took minutes .

Carlos Rodriguez was very passive. I had questions about rental because the information given by customer service over the phone was different than information given at time of rental. Carlos had this "either you want it or you don't" body language and facial expression. I felt like my business didn't matter.
