When I picked up the dolly, I was told how to return it after hours, but I was not reminded that I could avoid a $20 charge if I checked it back in on the app. When I saw the charge the next morning, I looked closer at the contract and saw the fine print. Wish you would've mentioned that. I also picked up the dolly he checked the lights said they were good and they weren't. By the time I noticed the right tail light didn't work, was down the road.

Upon rental, the uhaul employee had to take the time to sweep out and mop the trailer. Also, a clearance light on the back of the trailer was burnt out and so was the tag light.

My truck mileage was recorded incorrectly and I informed the employee about it before I accepted the vehicle. The employee changed the mileage on the computer to what the odometer read before I accepted it. When I returned the rental the email sent to me after checkout charged me for 10 xtra miles because the employee apparently failed to change the actual mileage. I called the number fir the store once I got home and was told someone would contact me in approx 3 to 5 business days. This is a huge inconvenience for me so I just returned to the store and discussed the issue with the same employee that checked me in. He admits to making the clerical error with the mileage, writes down on a receipt copy to refund 10 miles of fees due to error. He did state that it would be around 48 hrs which I accepted that. It would have been so much easier if the paperwork was correct when released to the customer. I'm going to wait til Monday, April 21st and see if my ten miles has been refunded back to my bank account, if not then I shall contact UHAUL again in person. It wouldn't bother me so much but it seemed like this day EVERYTHING went wrong, and for no apparent reason. From now on PLEASE be sure the paperwork is correct before you release the equipment to the customer. Saves alot if time, hassle, and negativity. Please refund my 10 miles back..... I had trouble dropping off the van because the U Haul app wasn't working. I had to use live chat because something was wrong with the app. I also had trouble when I went to pick up the van because the app wasn't showing my reservation. Then when I was able to get the van a customer parked a U Haul van behind the van I was getting. But she went in to complain about the van & was given another one & she wouldn't move the one that she parked behind the one I was getting & I ended up sitting at the U Haul store an extra 30 minutes until someone moved the van.

Two gentlemen who worked with us were very cooperative and helpful. We received an empty tank so had to come back in and make a correction to the initial paperwork. On our return of the truck one employee went negative immediately when we had a question about the fuel level, and she began reading the small print to us. I had to leave as I was afraid I might have said something I would later regret. My wife stayed and apparently worked out the issue. The point is, the customer is not familiar with the culture or process so needs help, reading the fine print is a guaranteed way to "piss " this customer off. It looks like the receipt handled the situation in a fair manner, but customer service with at least one of the employees needs a little training. Oh, I apparently parked the truck in the wrong spot too, so rather than just handle the lack of perfection she told us to go back out a drive through the tent area or something. Another employee saw the issue and told me out or earshot of her that he would take care of it. Paul

The employees and staff are always so helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the people that's doing their grass. One guy was running a weedeater and flung rocks all over my truck. Other than that I've never had a problem at a U-Haul. It's always a joy. Thank you, U-Haul Bob woods

The customer service at this location is consistently bad. Front desk clerks are rude, it's short staffed and the vehicles are poorly maintained. The billing is wrong on a regular basis. The last truck I rented was covered in water which I had to clean out myself to use it. I rent from here multiples times per month but only because I don't have any other convenient options.

Customer service was horrible. We waited nearly a half hour after getting there. There was one person working the desk, while the actual manager stayed in her office on personal calls ignoring us. The front desk girl was wonderful and finally made time for us. I'm very disappointed in the lack of motivation of nearly everyone at that location.

I couldn't find anyone at first to help me. I went inside and waited in a line and finally just set the keys on counter and left. I couldn't find a drop box for keys. I dropped off early and the app tried to change me for a whole other day. The app is inconvenient on dropping off because they want a ton of pictures. This location is the worst drop off

I reserved 3 dollies. They had NONE available for anyone's reservations that day. No notice that was going to be the case and no nearby stores had any to give. The LACK of communication when it is crucial is disappointing and makes you scramble.

I had been going to this location for all my rental needs for the past 2 years now. This last visit was absolutely horrible!!! I had rented a 6' x 12' trailer with a ramp gate and went through the rental process and paid for it. Then the person hooking up the trailer named ( Zack ) would not let me take the trailer out saying it was too low to the ground and his manager was going to be there soon and would have a problem with it. The hitch I had on the SUV had to be altered in order to bring up enough height below the clerk would allow it to leave the site. This was a big hassle as I had to go all the way back home and remove the ball-attachment on the hitch and install it with the hitch inverted to show more height and clearance. I had to make 2 trips and put more wear and tear on my car, waste more time and gas cost just to get his approval after I already paid in advance to leave the site. This also set me back and was off schedule due to this hassle. Then after returning back to try and pickup the trailer I had already paid for in advance... The clerk's managers was there and was giving me a hard time as well! I almost didn't get to take the trailer over them talking to themselves thinking my SUV wouldn't handle the trailer when I had previously rented many, many times now a 6' x 12' enclosed cargo trailer hauling arcade machines and never had this hassle before with this location?! I had a very, very god awful experience and am seriously considering on going to one of your competitors the next time I need to rent something to haul my things in the next time around! Not a very good way to treat your existing customers like this here!!! The people at this location made me late, Cost me extra time and money making multiple trips to fix my hitch to their acceptance and satisfaction. And then begin harassed whether my SUV would be able to haul the trailer or not after I had done so on multiple occasions lead to this terrible experience at this location. !0 % poor customer services most definitely on this recent visit! ~X(

The truck need a lot if maintenance such as the driver door not functioning properly and was shaking. The smell of smoke was horrendous, although the employee provided me with a spray to control the odor its still terrible

I had a reservation set for 6:45, for a mobile pick up, but was not made aware of the length of time it would take to get everything set up/approved before actually getting a truck. It would have been nice to have a heads up of "arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork" on the reservation. Also, the truck I was assigned was not at the location and I was advised that truck was also not available for Mobile pick-up which I had selected, which makes absolutely no sense. Of course, I find this out 1 minute after the store closes so I have to call and talk to someone on the phone for 30 minutes to get assigned a truck. The mobile reservation process has some serious kinks that need to be worked out, but everything else was fine.

VERY rude service by neighbor hood dealer. An hour late for my reservation due to the store not being open. When I entered a HUGE dog was all over me which was not welcomed. Proceeded with reservation , and she rudely told me she cant do anything for me because her system is down. I stayed silent and allowed her to fix the issue. I made a comment to the person i was on the phone with that i was an hour behind she butts in and says we dont have to service you this is her business she late because she decided to do her hair today. Called the police to have me escorted out

I have not rented from uhaul in over 17 years I went n young man said since after hours place truck under canapy scan QR code I did also they stated I did not put gas back and I did I took a photo of gas gage and time and drop truck.of ur employees are trying to get more money and is not acceptable these charges need to be removed I submitted info to ur cdt srv rep Cynthia Preston plz remove and I'll change my review

The male customer service representative was very rude. And told me I couldn't turn the U-Haul to another location and I had to bring it back there. When I asked him why is that he said because those are the rule and wherever you get a U-Haul from you have to return it to that location. Which is not true

I feel like the charge per gallon of gas is outrageous when the cost for the truck is outrageous as well gas isn't even $3 a gallon but yet I was charged three times that amount for a half tank of gas left over from a full tank that's crazy. Everyone doesn't have that kind of money to be charged so much money.

Outside of the truck was very dirty. Needed a new windshield wiper blade. Inside of windshield needed to be washed. Truck was otherwise in good shape, drove nicely and performed well. This location has a nice supply of vehicles and is very efficient for pick-up and delivery.

The ONLY reason why marked down was that store was being remodeled so checkin was a bit slow, BUT the young lady was great. She even helped me get new DL as I had just lost mine somehow... She knew there was a BMV just a couple blocks away!

This place is bigger than the location on the west side that I visited one time, and I wasn't renting for myself, I was picking up a king size bed, and this is my first official time renting a vehicle from there, the price was excellent, and we got what we needed done from there, I'm extremely grateful for these folks, especially the girl who helped us with where the cargo van was located

Floor of trailer was dirty. And the website and app would never show that I had a reservation or rental which made it harder to return. We told many uhaul representatives about the website issue and none of them could fix it, all of them said they could see the reservation on their end but I never could.

I did a report online. The first day a Male employee told me there was no space. A female employee asked me to wait a minute. She conveniently helped me with a space paperwork, showing the prices and listings for everything. She was great mail employee I already made a customer service report review

I am handicapped, I stated that when I rented, they assured me it was easy access. NOT at all easy for me to get to. The price I paid was absolutely staggering for the work that had to be done to even get to my locker. shortly after I secured a storage unit, it seemed that someone tried to break in. The latch was brocken. I reported this to the office. That was July...it now the end of November & it's still broken & I am unable to access my unit (not strong into maneuver latch to lock...)Have traveled back to Indiana to address the issue & still nothing.

I wish it was more clear how the units were set up. I was loading a washer/dryer and did not know there was a 3' locker under neath my unit. There were no clear way or guides on how to safely put property in said units.

With all the bad reviews given I figure I'll share my experience. Overall it was as good as can be. The truck I had reserved wasn't returned on time so I was upgraded to a bigger truck! I also got a storage unit here and the first one wasn't going to be big enough and getting me switched into a bigger unit was quick and easy so I can't and won't complain about the service I received!!

The two young staff (boy and a girl, evidently siblings) were so good that they could teach their customer service skills to other staff. There are so many things and quite a few could have gone wrong making the whole experience worse. The two people mentioned earlier took time to explain how things work and what I should do. It as invaluable as it gave me piece of mind. I did not worry one bit about the storage, in addition Mike answered questions.

In general, UHaul doesn't appear to care about the neighborhoods it operates in. The stores are hideous. The trucks do not look good and are always out like it's a used car dealership. They don't care about zoning laws. Then after you complete a transaction, they want to know how they did (asking for feedback guarantees a bad review from me).

Claimed to be climate controlled but was over 80 degrees in it. Clearly not cooled. Unit was much shorter than anticipated and has a support column in it. Not lit. Just a plywood door on it. Stairs don't meet code.

William did an outstanding job and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered, we found our unit, made sure it was big enough, and then didn't hesitate to help us get a bigger one! He was the most helpful employee on site! His co workers also didn't hesitate to step in and help so he could help someone else! Very pleased and we will be back!

Could not gain access to the unit for 2 days. I had to pay double for a van rental to bring some stuff to the unit only to not being able to use it. The rental was a waste of money charged two times because I was told the next day I was going to be able to get in the unit.

The person I talked to on the phone when I ran into app issues was very helpful as well. And upbeat! Which, has its value in the service industry from time to time. Once, I got to the store to pick up my truck, Demitrius was knowledgeable towards all my questions, while not wasting either of our time. Great team.

An employee messed up my account and didn't fix it properly. I was forced to pay a double payment I was forced to pay late fees I was forced to be moved in and moved out of my storage. I was forced to do all kinds of things, and then, when I moved out of my storage just the other day, they tried to force me to go back up there and take pictures and threaten to charge me if I didn't however, I did not go up there and take the pictures because I didn't feel like that. That was my responsibility. I had my storage there for four years and the last four months was terrible. Just absolutely terrible and that is why I no longer have storage there. I would've just assumed so my stuff to keep my stuff there another day not to mention , the lady behind the counter flirted with my husband and batted her eyes and called him hon and caressed his shoulder completely disrespectful. that place used to be so good and out is just a complete wreck. I should've never been forced to pay any of those things when it was their fault when my account got messed up, I simply went in to get a new card because mine wouldn't work anymore because I've had it for so long, it was despicable quite frankly.

Is there a 24 hour possibly for access? Even if only temporary for move in purposes? I'm closing out a close family member old unit which was huge and just run down and I'm having to go through and repack important belongings for grand kids and it's proving to be exhausting !! My storage unit started out at 79,99 then all of a sudden it became 84,99 which nobody could explain but not willing to reduce back to 79.99, shake my head, overhead doors would either never open to pull in or always open with the homeless making their way in then the hours changed to close at 10:00, i work 3td shift so how is that convenient for me

I only used 3 days of my unit, and hope to be reimbursed, for some of the time I don't use. But was told that it wasn't part of the policy. I think that unfair, I expect to be refunded the whole amount. The if my rent was due on the 2nd of the month, and I moved out on the 5th. Why shouldn't I receive some of my money back? I then was told by the agent that she was texting with the store manger and the manager stated they could give me a second unit to accomodate me but I would have to pay for it. Not at ALL the proper solution. I chose the bundle online for the purpose of getting 1 month free when I selected the truck, the movers and the storage. After I affirmed that was not a good solution because I was being inconvenienced. I had driven the truck from Cincinnati to walk into the storage unit and to be met with this was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Neither of the two agents in the store seemed to be phased at the inconvenience. The store manager eventually told one of the agents, supposedly through text, to give me the second unit without charge. I was told to go to the 2 separate units, which were not next to each other and locks would be in them. They were not. I called the inside of the store and had to come back in and get the 2 locks. Which thankfully they did not charge me for and gave them to me at no cost. This was the ABSOLUTE worse customer service experience I have ever had. As a manager myself, the manner in which this was handled was deplorable. Attempted to contact customer service and spoke to a representative by the name of Kevin. He then stated he was transferring me to customer service and disconnected the line. Completely unprofessional on each and every level through this entire move. My 55" television, lamp and bar stand were broken. Lesson learned. Will NOT do business with this company again and will NEVER recommend this to anyone in a move.

My first time coming in, i was given spoken vague instructions to get to my unit. I also was not aware there was no lift or elevator for super heavy/large items, I had to walk back to the main office and ask someone to walk me over to the other building and instruct me on how to use the pads, garage doors etc. It was overwhelming for me personally.

Got a 5x5x7 unit. When asked for pricing on all 5x5 units, wondered why the 5x5x7 was cheaper than the 5x5x4, so I asked if the 7' tall unit was a unit that was off the ground. Was told "don't believe so"… well it was. Also, no one told us, the entryway door to the unit only allowed for a height of 5'-8". I had something that 6' tall so I had to disassemble it to put it in the unit. The entryway notice would've been nice to know ahead of time, as it was almost a foot and a half less than the actual ceiling height of 7'. Other than that, pricing is reasonable and it went smooth. No one took my card info when signing up for the unit, so I hope it's on file and I won't come back to an empty unit. I will try calling in the meantime to figure out if it is on file.

The only thing that was not communicated to me was when I needed to be back to the location with a full truck in order to get a storage unit for 1 free month. I arrived at 445p and was told they did not have enough time to process a new storage unit. They were not suppose to stay beyond 5pm. Luckily one rep stayed over and helped get me all set up. It was very much appreciated because I had hustled all day trying to get back before 5pm. I was very impressed with the truck rental and the very adequate sized storage unit. Just a little communication would have helped.

It was an easy and smooth experience thanks to Virginia. There were moments I needed to locate info that was needed and Virginia assured me that it was ok to take my time. I needed help with various things and she was there with a smile and inviting personality every time. She even kept up her positive and helpful attitude as I waited while she attended to the phones, always asking if the person would please hold while she finished with her customer. She did not fluster or get annoyed that she was being needed in multiple capacities and I really appreciate her patience and awareness and I'm sure the person on the phone was happy to wait due to her kind tone. She was just a blessing to work with while myself and family were stressing over a move. I also want to point out that she is very genuine and connected with me and my mom very naturally in conversation. She shared with us personal but appropriate things that made us feel welcomed and not alone in the somewhat stressful situation that we were in. I believe just from our short encounter that she has a good heart and I'm sure she is a bright moment in many others days weather it be friend, family, coworker, boss, or stranger.

I like the back in option for unloading, and the carts are useful, but it would help to have a cart up on the 2nd floor where unit 1767 is. No trash cans ANYWHERE. Water is great, but zero cups. The biggest issue was on Saturday it closed at 10 p.m. and I'm sure if I had backed in would the doors let me finish unloading. Instead I used 30 miles instead of the 5 I originally had. Other than that, it's good place to store especially if your stuff is close to the location

I had to go to the front counter 4 times, even though I had a reservation, from the day before. There only one person both days. The second day when I went to pickup my truck, the system went down, and wasn't excepting cards, they could only do cash payment. I had to leave and go to the bank to get cash. Then I was given a much smaller unit than I ask for. Again another trip to the counter to get that straighten out. I spent 3 hours in total standing in line 2 days in a row. You need more workers, and better trained.

I had a terrible experience with this particular location . They way they place you on hold for 30 minutes at a time is unacceptable. I went nine miles for my move , in total, and was charged 156$ . Luckily my debit card was locked. After speaking with multiple employees , I am still receiving emails that say I owe 186$. They also had me down for a storage that I never had #299. Again after speaking to someone everyday for four days straight I'm still receiving emails saying that I owe . Fire everyone and get a new crew . You go up there and everybody is on break smoking , not attending to customers whatsoever . Worst UHAUL in the city!!!!! TIGHTEN UP

Nikki and Gigi did a wonderful job with customer service helping me. They were very helpful and friendly and took care of all of my needs. They were 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. They are keeps. Also, they followed guidelines and safety to the fullest, a customer brought a propane tank in and walked of and left it. They removed it from the building immediately why making the customer aware which was ignoring them. Then when the customer started paying attention she got mad about the propane tank being placed outside they explained to her they were trying to make her aware she became very irate with them. The two caps are composure while explaining procedure and the danger of having a propane in the building., And the lady kept cussing them out and they still maintain composure. If this was my business I would have both of them on my staff and take care of them appropriately. In my eyes they deserve coodles for doing a great job.  great job ladies you are A1 customer service people in my book with your great smiles thank you for taking care of me properly in my time of need, and looking out for my safety. The service was wonderful couldn't have asked for better my only problem is they charged me for stuff that wasn't true it said that they put gas in my in the truck when I got it it was on half a tank I left it on a half a tank and I have pictures to prove it that I took before I left the site in Troy Alabama and I also told them that they light came off of the top of my car on the highway and I took pictures of the status of the tow dolly two for my car because it was rusted out and raggedy and very very squeaky and one side of the fender thing on the back of the tow dolly was broke cracked and cracked and broken so I have pictures for that as well

Your costumer service representative told me that "it's common sense" to check for mileage before taking off with the truck. She never mentioned this was such an important piece of information. Another one didn't give me the information I needed on returning trucks after hours. She highlighted and told me to go to a website. Both gave me wrong or poor information. The information on how to access the storage unit was wrong, and so was the garage information. I figured it out in my own. You shouldn't have people who don't care for costumers working there. It was a terrible experience. I got charged three times the mileage because she forgot to mentioned how important this was and to top it she tried making me feel stupid for her not knowing how to do her job correctly.

False advertisement. Sign says one month free storage with rental but company makes own rules. I was given a reservation with a truck and storage I was only paying for the truck with one month free I had to change my storage date which charged me 109 when I arrived at the store. The Manager I think GM was to busy on his personal cellphone speaking to his friends and was to busy to assist me and told me he didn't know how long he would be. I will pass on this poor experience and the Nickle and diming that place does. Very ghetto with staff that have zero professionalism or people skills.

I was supposed to have a lock included and in my unit ready for me but it was not there, thankfully a quick trip to the office resolved that. However second floor units are up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator, down narrow hallways, and low clearance in the units themselves. The website is not clear in the dimensions and several people moving in at the same time as me also had the same thought as we all couldn't fit all of our stuff in.

Upon move out, I asked for access which the female worker stated ahe couldn't help me, when I pick up a business card to call the GM (Eric Williams) she stated " no I'll call him" and proceeded to race me in dialing his number. End result the GM gave me a code to have access but the rude employee cause me to not be able to return my equipment the same day.

From the minute I got there, the staff had no clue what units were available. I had a unit reserved and they said it was occupied. It took them 30 min tkk ok locate another one which ended up being two smaller units up a ton of stairs. They put me in 2 smaller units and sold me licks that apparently they don't approve of because every time I came to add or take away things there was an extra lock on my unit. When I went I ask about it they said it's because you have a lock that isn't approved. The lock they sold me and told me to use for my unit. I'm hey have no idea what's going on, what's available or how to maintain the availability. It was a mess and I don't know how they're keeping up with anything at this point.

This store was severely understaffed. Only two people on the property, one to take returned equipment and one to assist the long line of customers. However, they got the job done, but at the expense of many customers losing time on their moving experience. Please get help for these guys, before you burn them out and lose them!

My experience was bad from the beginning. I arrived at 8am to get my rental and was told it was rescheduled to 12pm. When I arrived at U-Haul at 12pm I had to wait in a long line. When I finally got to the counter they told me my reservation was canceled. That got fixed and I was given a smaller truck than I had reserved. I requested a storage unit and was given a unit far away from the location I was at due to the employees credentials not being transfered to his new store. I was running a little late getting the truck back and was charged another full day. The employee that fixed my storage unit was extremely helpful!

I made the arrangements for your storage unit at the same time i reserved a u haul rental truck. I was told at that time that the unit was on the first floor and the cost was $109,95 a month. When i went to the storage facility i was told the unit was not on the first floor and the cost for a unit was $129,95 a month for a unit on the first floor. I showed the gentleman my paperwork stating the quoted cost and explained i cannot do the stairs at my age and since there is no elevator i have to use a first floor unit. He told me the person i spoke with does not know this facility and does not know what are first floor units. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not there. I asked him to write down the name of the manager so i could call to get the pricing resolved. He did not do this. I am also unhappy that the first floor unit is smaller than the other one due to the ceiling height. The other issue is the lack of lighting in the unit. It is very difficult to see to move or find items. I would like to be called about these issues.

Horrible almost EVERYTHING! The fact i had to come back to fix a problem that should have been resolved the same day as it happened just by following the order of return but instead it caused a whole mess and a half and multiple trips and even more reversed payments and staff being embarrassing loud and over talking me when I was explaining things to my grandmother. But honestly If I hadn't kept my multiple original copies of the transactions I would most likely still be told the wrong information about the reversed transactions and made to think that I need to pay because I didn't pay for anything because I'm getting first months rent free when infact I had proof to prove them wrong and not end up getting overcharged. It is infallible to think that employees and even employers would tolerate such an act of unproffessionablism towards the customers.

I reserved a Ubox and they did not jave one but failed to let me know in advance even after the fact that they had a note put in 2 days earlier that the customer should be notified since there was no uBox available. I drove with all my stiff for loading to the location to find that u box is not available. I was flying out the next day and hence had no alternatives . For now i put it in the uBox at their facility. But will need people to move it from storage to U-box.

Workers were all incredibly disinterested in helping me with anything. Was told there was an elevator but there was not one for my unit. Also was told there would be a lock in my unit, had to go ask the customer service people for one, they were still rude about it. Easy experience just bad customer service. Room is fine and facility is fine, just crappy employees.

It would be very helpful if there was someone on duty in the office 24/7. That was the only real problem we ran into. We had questions only anon site employee could answer and there was nobody to talk to in the middle of the night when we were forced to do most of our moving due to work schedules. Otherwise it went smoothly except for the website is much too complicated for a first time user at 11pm at night plus the wait time to connect to a person is extreme not a fan of your web and app sites. Much more person to person contact needed. Would also like a facility like this one closer in Greenwood this was a major drive every time we had to go to the unit for anything.

Talked me into renting with a free month. I told them my concern on late fees because I'm on a fixed income. Manager told me not to ever worry about fees since I am a veteran. Well then they made me pay late fees. Then up on my termination of the unit I attempted to rent a truck and they started telling me stories about when to have the truck back. The manager was so ambiguous that I informed him I was concerned about his behavior and would not be renting a truck. Another case of young thugs trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. I will never ever do business with Uhaul again.

The storage is very easy to access, the staff is friendly and we all receive an individual set of password to get in to the storage, which I think is safer. However, we are in the second floor, which is really hot and humid. But other than that I think is pretty good

I arrived to the property to ask about moving my storage to a smaller and cheaper one. I was told that I could not do that until I paid $104 for my current storage. Although my current storage was a free month when we moved in. I tried getting the manager Eric Williams to explain the free month process to me. He started being belligerent when I told home he wasn't explaining something right. He was beyond rude and very unprofessional. I couldn't understand what he was sayin so I walked out to leave. He followed me and my fiancé to our vehicle were he continued to use profanity yelling and screaming. Almost 10 minutes later employee Brittany called and said the manager Eric was evicting me same day and I had to move out. This location needs new staff and a training course

I waited 2 hours in line, where 1 person was at the counter complaining more about being the only person at the counter than actually trying to help people. Once I got to the counter, the rep wasn't able to process my payment for my time in the storage unit and asked me to leave and call another time. It was also extremely inconvenient to move heavy furniture to a second floor storage unit without an elevator.

I thought the online processes were going to be helpful, but it wasn't. I went into the rental office to get directions to my unit and make sure I had the right size and the gentleman that helped me acted like he was put out to help. I had rented the unit before the truck and after I rented the truck was given a month's free rent. When I went to get information on my unit and upgraded the unit I mentioned it and was asked if the truck rental was local or out of state and when I said it was local, the guy told me that it doesn't qualify! I came back in a couple of days later and started the online check in for the truck and when I went in the guy helping me had the wrong name and told me the rental was canceled and then he said my rental must not have gone through and was being argumentative about it. I had to pull up the text confirmation to get the truck! When I made the reservation I included a dolly and furniture pads and upon finishing the rental was told there isn't a dolly, I was refunded for it but still. The whole process was pressing! I went in the building to return the uhaul and was told to take the key outside and someone will get it then was told to pull up to equipment return and someone will check it in and send me a receipt. I sat there for 25 minutes and no one bothered to stop and speak to me until I decided to leave. The big units are upstairs when they should be on bottom floor. This place isn't ran well, the employees seem annoyed to be there. I won't recommend this place for anything.

This location has great customer service & Justin ( Manager) went above and beyond due to my emergency move away from abusive husband. I dont know if its policy but I am greatful for his assistance with my situation & needing late night assistance. I was moving my son from another state I needed somewhere to store his washer and dryer. I didn't get to the facility until after hours it took me 45 minutes to find my unit for me only to discover that I could not install a washer and dryer in it as it was an upper level Unit. I was unable to exchange unit for a more appropriate one so I ended up having to cancel my friend home find another place for my belongings and still had to pay for one month of rental when I never actually accessed it.

This is my first time using U-Haul for storage and I would never do it again I was treated very poorly brushed off at times constantly calling customer service for help and at one point disrespected.

Overall I good experience. My only complaint is the wait times. Most of the time that I would stop in the office there would only be one person working in the office with a line of customers waiting.

Chuck and the rest of his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When my lock froze, his staff got me in my unit within minutes. Would definitely recommend and/or use again if needed!

The sliding latches are a pain! 10 mins each time to try to slide it just right while stepping on the handle to try to line it up. Other customers had problems too they said. Dust from ceiling fell

I wouldn't recommend this facility because I paid cash for a payment and three days later they hit my debit card for the same amount without authorization and then said it could be 30 days to return.

Facility and security good. Service was quite poor. Move the boxes for sale so that a line can form. Agents need to be eager to help. When 5+ ppl in line, no agent should be doing sales calls.

Employee's abrasive and fast delivery of terms were hard to follow so I had to ask several questions. Door to unit is extremely hard to open and latch sticks and very hard to loosen.
