This by far is ONE OF THE WORST Uhaul RENTAL I HAD. I was told by rep that I could NOT do a destination drop off. Weren't willing to talk about options of leaving it to the city I was moving to. His excuse was that the truck belongs to them solely and that I would be charged triple the price if I drop off at a different location. I will never be returning to this location. I will like a call from a manager or customer support team to fix. I am not a happy customer. I had to drive the truck back another 181 miles. This is an extra $181 dollars plus fuel. This is a not how uhaul rental should be.Arthur-Zarddy G.
Have gas within the truck. The person picking up the truck shouldn't have to be shelling out more money at a gas station. Also, your trucks are NOT fuel efficient. That's blatant false advertising. I shouldn't have to stop three times in same state (in this case, Ohio) just refuel. I pissed away nearly $250 in one of your gas guzzlers. One of the main things that pisses me off, however, is your rates. I was moving through 4 states, Indiana to Maryland, which only takes an average of 8 hours. I don't see the reason to charge anyone four days for a trip that averages the aforementioned 8 hours. I can understand the mileage. I can also understand if you charge the four days and paid back the difference, but you don't even do that. That's basically stealing. Then, when I bring the truck back, neat and clean, you're going to try to charge my card another $400+ on top the $770+ I had to spend the day before because someone at the headquarters couldn't hear the word "probably," and cancelled my existing order, making me pay approximately $200 more dollars. I sincerely hope that I remember NEVER to use this company again for moving purposes again. Storage is another story altogether, but at least it's a positive one.KEVIN L.

I drop off trailer guy that checks it in was standing there arguing with his girlfriend on phone for ten minutes saying just a minute it was ten minutes! Then i go in to get my deposit and the black guy behind counter didnt know how to give me back my cash refund and that i had to wait on manager 20 minutes later i get my refund i was only one in store. When the truck you reserve will not be available on date requested that you give the customer a call prior to arriving at the location just to be told the truck is not available or have a back up truck available. Also what an inconvenience to send me to a location way out of the way.Rowena W.

The staff member that helped me out was very nice and friendly, which made the experience better. Older gentleman but can't remember his name. Overall the trailer served it's purpose but it hadn't been cleaned out from what looked like someone used it for landscaping before me. The location was understaffed, as it looked like only 2 guys were working while I was there and there were multiple customers having to wait as they were backed up between handling customers, moving equipment, etc.BRANDON S.

Make sure that if you rent a U-Haul vehicle online, that you don't wait for them to call you to confirm time, date, pick-up location, and final price. You call them ASAP to confirm all details. Ordering strictly online was not a good experience for us when it came to actually picking up the U-Haul vehicle at our determined preferred location. It wasn't there. It did end up working out but U-Haul's online ordering system is not as 'connected' as it should be. U-Haul did make it right for us in the end.Richard P.
The truck from my original location was dead so I was rerouted here. The truck was not clean in the back and did not have the amount of gas it was said to have had at start. We took pictures. That part worked out, but I had to drive 20 extra miles for this truck because the original one didn't work. I should not be charged for that mileage. I should also receive a discount for the fact this set me 1.5 hours off track for my move. Plus driving to return the truckâ€¦ it was just super inconvenient and nothing was done to compensate for that. I also didn't get the furniture dolly I was supposed to have per my order. I'm thankful I got a truck on such short notice- but I feel like this could have been better.Erin B.

I walked into an building with no employees. Yelled hello several times. Knocked on the manger office door no answer. Walked to the employee only door and yelled. Still no answer, walked outside to see if I could find anyone. Still no one, called the store phone number, just the automated machine. Walked back in and stood around for another couple of min. Finally a gentleman walked in and helped. He was super helpful but if he was the only employee, he needs more help.JARET A.
There were no dollys to fulfill my order. That was imperative to my move because it was just me moving my own boxes. Also, was not expecting a $10 charge for a third party van, the deal is $20 for the day so to have to pay 150% of that was not something I knew going into the reservation. It would be nice if that was made know upfront so it isn't a shock when I am handing over a credit card.ALEYAH R.
