I had a unit here for a few years and it was in the very back...NEVER realized this place doesn't have rodent boxes outside of their facility (and they are right in the middle of the woods- for gosh sakes a deer was standing right in front of my unit, once!) Well, I barely used it, it was just to store stuff from another place until I found another apt. I finally emptied my unit to move into a brand new apt & found out nearly everything is covered in MOLD, & Rodent excretion!!! So much of my belongings are destroyed! I am seeking to file for damages under their insurance. Would never recommend this place!

They also let us borrow some pallets so our mattresses didn’t have to be on the cement. We just had to send a photo of it cleaned out to end the contract. I would use them again.

John D | Overall ExperienceToo expensive. I would have stayed longer if the rent was lower and in the long run you would have received more money. Yes, there are more expensive storage places than you but that doesn't make you better. Too much rent money!
Mark H | Overall ExperienceWe have had units at other facilities in the Lakes Region and I can say that this place is way better to rent from. They are very fair if you communicate- they don't charge you crazy late fees every single week you are late or lock you out after just a few days-especially if you just communicate with the manager. It is definitely one of the more convenient locations in that you can access your own belongings 24/7- which is huge for me because not everyone works first shift or is available to do things during the day, so to be able to access my stuff anytime that is convenient for me especially when I am paying to keep it there- that part was so important and not many other places around the area allow that. Or if they do honestly they make you feel like a criminal for getting into your own stuff! Also, another place I had my stuff at before moving to this place, had been broken into during the winter and because I didn't notice right away due to not going there for a month, they said there was nothing they could do about it and told me "well don't leave anything valuable in there then". Wait, what?! Isn't that part of why I am leaving it at a storage facility?-for the security and safety of my things?!?! No I'm sorry or it won't happen again-just basically blamed it on e and my valuables and not checking it myself every other day. Really?! I mean what in the actual f**k? So, needless to say I moved here and have not had a single problem for any reason at all and instead of rude messages if I was late- I just got a friendly reminder and a little grace period before late fees that were still justified and reasonable. This storage facility is by far way better to rent from in every way and detail! My boyfriend actually forgot to email them and notify them in advance we were moving our stuff out- and knowing him he probably didn't sweep it up to par- but they still said nothing except thank you and welcome back if you ever need. Now that's customer service. Don't waste your time and money some where else I'm telling you! 10 stars and thumbs up all day!
