I want to give special recognition and appreciation to Greg at Storage Summit Apex who helped me out immensely despite UHaul's massive incompetence and stupidity. I reserved a space thru the UHaul website and despite having written confirmation, UHaul never contacted the facility to confirm that space was available or my reservation. How do businesses operate like this? Thank you Greg for helping me out when I was most in need. UHaul gets zero stars.
