JACQUELYN T | Expérience généraleMaddie and Greg are very accomodating and run a great facility. Although my need was for a temporary 1 month space, if I ever needed stroage again I would use them in a heartbeat.
Steve B | Expérience généraleI had a scheduled move-in for Saturday, Sept 13, 2025. I arrived at 3:00 PM, the information I received stated business hours were 9AM-4PM. The building was open but there was no staff on site. I called the number in my confirmation email multiple times during the stated business hours, but couldn’t reach anyone—no call back and no alternate contact provided. It was a wasted trip and frustrating experience. Please improve communication (live phone coverage/voicemail, signage, or proactive cancellation notices) so customers aren’t left without assistance. I’ve attempted to make contact again today over the phone, still no answer and voicemail is full.
Jessica F | RéservationThank you everything was good and good interaction/Lo recomiendo estuvo bien y muy fácil de interactuar con los encargados y hacer el papeleo.
neptome c | Expérience généraleEveryone, including the other renters, was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The items we stored there were kept safe and moisture free until our return several months later. We highly recommend using their facility.
William B | Expérience généraleShowed up to move out, front door broken and wide open, fans were set up on every isle, all carts are about to fall apart. After clearing out my unit, near the back where my sectional couch was, I found MOLD all over the cushions, the leather, my recliner was coved in mold. Had the office Lady come take pictures of everything, only for her to tell me "I'm not sure if they will do anything for you" call me Monday. I'm moving into my new home and now I have no living room furniture... all I want is to be reimbursed for my loss to purchase something to sit on. The worst storage place, DO NOT STORE HERE!
Jesse s | Expérience généraleClimate Safe was nothing short of AMAZING.. The owner and staff really care and your possessions are in good hands.. I really appreciate them and highly recommend ❤️🎈
crystal t | Expérience généraleThis was easy and I feel confident leaving my items here.
Britany j | RéservationMy experience at Climate Safe was a great one. I no longer needed a storage unit but if I do in the future, Climate Safe is where I will be storing my things.
lauren d | Expérience généraleExcellent customer service. Office personnel extremely helpful!
Julia J | Expérience généraleVery helpful
nancy c | Expérience généraleA fantastic experience from start to finish!
michael G | Expérience généraleI was out of town for six month and I left all my two bedroom apartment furniture at the storage (climate controlled). I just came back from my trip and I found everything in perfect conditions. I absolutely recommend this storage and the prices are very reasonable.
Monica D | Expérience généraleThe owner was unwilling to provide receipts for charges and became verbally abusive when receipts were requested each month. He said it was too much work and terminated our lease. I would advise anyone looking for a storage unit to steer clear of this one. There are many options in the area with professional staff that can work their accounting systems.
Everi H | Expérience généraleVery friendly and personal staff. Zero issues. Thanks for letting us hang out.
Jessie H | Expérience généraleDefinitely was very helpful while I deployed.. Mrs Donna is a sweet lady I appreciate everyone at the facility
Antonio M | Expérience généraleAll went well until the roof collapsed on our unit (after a rain). The owner had workers move our items to another unit and said they'd dried that got wet. Several months later we moved back into our renovated house and found a box containing a series of art books (with portfolios of each artist's work) had been left wet and were covered in black mold. To say we are devastated is an understatement.
Jean S | Expérience généraleOne of my best customer service experiences!
Dorothea L | Expérience généraleThis was the best storage facility we have ever dealt with! Ms. Donna and Mr. Greg were the most kind and professional staff members we have come across. We would definitely recommend using Climate Safe, D’Iberville location, to anyone needing storage or haul.
