JULIA K | Expérience généraleIndoc was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and explained everything no issues whatsoever. However, I reserved the unit online and it said that in doing so avoided some fees. So I was surprised with the initial admin costs to initiate the contract. Additionally I specifically rented the 5’x5’x10’ because I have a 9’ ladder and a 58” wide table. Well the ladder would not fit because the ceiling is only a little over 8’ and the depth is 3-4” under 5’ in depth. Luckily there’s a small void next to the door side jam. The width worked but the height is just wrong. The site manager did offer me an opportunity to see the unit before renting it but I didn’t expect the dimensions to be that far from the advertised size. Lesson learned.
