This is the second time I have used Burns and this last run (about a year) we had two back to back hurricanes come through and RAIL us. The facility emailed me throughout the event keeping me apprised of water levels which never entered the units ( came close ! ) our town flooded hard but my stuff was dry and safe and I loved how they kept me informed via email for the whole event. They are super friendly and easy to work with 24x7 gate access which for me is great I can go in after hours I work all day. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely be back :).
