Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMason was willing to help anytime and he helped me tremendously
Jim S | Expérience généraleSite manager Mason was very helpful and the unit was adequate. The access is something that could be improved upon.
Mark L | Expérience généraleIt’s very difficult process, getting items in and out with not having an accessible ramp.
Catherine B | Expérience généraleI kept plenty of my stuff in a unit while in the process of moving. All my stuff was secured and the facility itself was clean and maintained well.
Benjamin S | Expérience généraleI'm still waiting on unit info
Melissa B | RéservationFriendly on site staff. Units and building very clean. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Michelle S | RéservationWe felt very assured that our belongings were secure here. Building is well maintained and clean. On site manager Mason is attentive and extremely helpful with any issues, questions, etc. We were well satisfied with our rental.
Anthony A | Expérience généraleGreat first impression. I had a little trouble when I first arrived at the facility. The owner immediately started helping me to get the issue resolved to move in. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. I would have their customer service an 11/10. The inside was all remodeled and clean.
steven c | RéservationMight have been smoother if in the email confirmation it would tell more about the Noke Security App so that people are not lost about how to get in the facility. Other than that it was a good experience.
Marie P | RéservationThe most awesome facility that I've ever seen! The owner is very nice and considerate! Would highly recommend!!
