Geoffrey F | RéservationWe have used your facility for years although we live in Nampa now we like your prices.
Boise R | Expérience généraleMy experience with Easy Access Storage was flawless!
Carole M | Expérience généraleWas very satisfied with the help I add there and the facility was great
Gary C | Expérience généraleStaff and unit worked great for our family boat, thank you.
Zane A | Expérience généraleI would recommend this place to any one I really appreciate all that she had done for me thank you with being patient with me
Samantha P | Expérience généraleNot well maintained, your stuff will end up covered in a ridiculous amount of dirt because the doors to your unit isn't secure so dust and dirt blow through them all the time, and worst of all if you complain to management and staff they treat you disrespectfully, talk down to you, and act like you don't know what your talking about. Horrible place to store at an outrageous price!
Marietha S | Expérience généraleWell the listed hours stated they were open until 5:30 so when I finished work I shot over to finalize and get my unit number, I arrived at 4:50 and the gates were closed and the closed sign was on so I wasn't able to finalize my rental or receive my unit number. I tried to call and no one answered.
joni i | RéservationMichelle is awesome! Alwase friendly and helpful. Never had any problems, I would reccomend this facility to anyone! Great rates!
Chris T | Expérience généraleMichelle does a fantastic job. Thanks!
Travis M | Expérience généraleThankyou Michele for being so kind and helpful always. I highly recommend..
ADRIAN C | Expérience généraleNeed to pave the entire lot. The dirt roads make the place look dirty and run down even if just washed the day prior.
Stephen R | Expérience généraleThe storage facility manager was always friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to friends and family!
RANDALL E | Expérience généraleThe only negative I had was that the road my unit was on is not paved so on several occasions when it was windy outside my stuff inside my unit would get covered in sand and dust that was blown through the cracks of the door, which was really disappointing.
Katie R | Expérience généraleWe stored our RV there for over 10 years and had no issues. The facility felt secure and even though Easy Access isn’t the prettiest storage facility around, I preferred storing our RV there. Easy move out procedures and I thank you for that.
RICHARD J | Expérience généraleSuper helpful ,the nice young lady in the office was always helpful, friendly and polite, our daughter was free to play while we finished papers for the storage unit, and when I didn't need the unit any longer it was no hassle getting my belongings and lock and notifying them was quick
Pride G | Expérience généraleEZ was more old-fashioned than some of the other storages nearby, but less overbeaning (with petty rules) and very helpful and friendly to the customers. I would rent from you again in a heartbeat, and I may do so next year. Thank you
