I had one large storage unit. They said it constituted the same as two units. I had the unit for ten years. The original cost was $50 a month. That same unit kept increasing and when I move out it was $302 a month. There were no improvements or upgrades to justify the price increases throughout the years. I gave notice before and after I moved out. I personally spoke with a representative. For ten days I received threatening messages demanding rental fees and was assessed late fees. They sent emails regarding lien assessment. after 14 days I called them again. I was given the excuse they have a schedule to go by to check if the unit was vacated and it was just checked on the 13th day. Was told the letters and notices continues until verification was completed. Totally felt harassed and targeted. Very un professional and never apologized. I definitely would not recommend Tigers Eye Storage (an Uhaul facility ) to anyone.
