I was paid up in full after 7 months of renting to find one of the owners, Tommy Wiley had my vehicle towed. He didn’t attempt to contact me, at all, beforehand. I was as forced to pay $390. To retrieve the car. Talking to the owner, he was very rude and disrespectful and told me he’s mad that everyone is parked wrong and he tried to call me. I received no calls. He said he will be towing all other vehicles. I researched if he has a business license in the city/county/state. He has none that I could find. The property was overgrown with 4’ weeds, the fence was only 5” hog fencing- not secured. My insurance contacted him to ask if the car was in the storage (current insurance claim active on the car) before he towed it, he told them NO, even though it was there. There was no hydrant or water access in case of fires, road was full of major 6” deep potholes, transients constantly funneling through. I requested copy my contract from him several times- I was ignored. I requested his insurance info.-I was ignored. I spoke to the other owner originally when I Rented in march 2026, he helped me decide to rent 25’x90’ space, which is what I did. Now, In October, the owner is telling me I only rented 8’x40’. He rented space to 2 major construction dumptruck who park in the main exit area so nobody can access any storage during the hours of 5pm-8am. He had zero signage of the name of the storage, or tow company he used, he didn’t contact law enforcement to notify them of the car had towed nor could he provide the phone number he claimed to call before the tow. I was forced to take the day off workto resolve the immediate and urgent issue Tommy Wiley caused. I asked the owners to reimburse my tow fees, they declined. Tommy said I could keep one car, my airstream and and camper shell there, but later changed his mind- giving me less than 24 hours to remove it, but then changed the gate code so I couldn’t access storage or my property.
