Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the 2nd time I have used this storage facility to store my kayaks for the winter. I will do it again next year.

Vincent E | Expérience généraleOnly problem was my fault not theirs. I encourage you to use sla big lock and the correct kind. Look at the other locks people use and get one like that.
Darron T | Expérience généraleEverything went smoothly! I checked in over the phone & went to the storage unit yesterday. Thank you!
Kristina H | RéservationMy move out date was actually May 31. Thank you for great service while I was renting the unit!
Patricia D | Expérience généraleAlways so friendly on the phone, I really appreciate that!!!
LINDA M | Expérience généraleThey are truly affordable and my furniture was well protected and safe.
Janet L | Expérience généraleAmazing place, I used them for over 6 months and never had any problems. When I moved and didn’t need to use them anymore canceling was a breeze and they answered any questions I had. 10/10
Nickalus C | Expérience généraleThe location of the storage unit I rented was conveniently located in town, was well lit, with an access gate where you punch in a personal code. With the few exceptions of storm activities, which required a "reset", it felt very secure. ALWAYS, whenever I called needing clarifications of any sort, I was met with courteous and helpful answers! Would highly recommend this facility!
CANDACE D | Expérience généraleIn the middle of moving from OK to TN,I rented a 10x30 unit at the Crossville,TN facility, completely online. The process was fast and easy to do. When I arrived at the facility, there was a seal on the door and two nice locks provided when I opened the unit which was clean and ready to use. The option to add insurance to cover and protect my stuff was nice too.I'm glad I chose this company and facility;very positive experience so far.

Edward S | Expérience généraleI tried to get units in a number of facilities during our 16 month process moving to TN. The people here have been the most helpful in getting needed units for us. During the 10 or so months I've had a unit with them there have been the occasional hiccup (like I forgot my code). I texted the number on the gate and within minutes was communicating with someone who got me going again. The veteran discount was a very welcome bonus as well. If you are interested THIS IS A VETERAN OWNED COMPANY. That is VERY important to me! I could not have been more happy with this relationship and would definitely recommend them if you have a need for storage.
Roy B | Expérience généraleAt checkout Mathew made the process pleasant and frictionless. Excellent. I will use your facilities for all of my needs. And recommend it to my friends.
Lewis T | Expérience généraleThe facilities were well maintained and the staff were always very professional and friendly.
