Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was there for many years great customer service always helpful. Very understanding and kind.
LEIGH H | Expérience généraleGreat location, staff and facility. I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
Kyle C | Expérience généraleI called to to give your store my 30 day notice moveout notice on 3/1 your manager took my auto payment off your system and said I didn't need to do anything. Now you're attempting to charge me a late fee and no manager can call me back to remove the additional charges
Colin H | Expérience généraleThe employees at the front office are super helpful. The indoor storage facilities are clean & secure, yet easily accessible for those renting a storage unit here.
Alexander S | RéservationI came rushing in right before closing but the manager on duty was fantastic. He took his time to get all my paperwork signed and explain it the security features in place. He evenshowed me to my unit
Samantha S | RéservationI ended up not needing the unit as I secured a home sooner than I expected.
Stacy S | RéservationI had the worst move in experience. Everything that could have gone wrong seemed to be going wrong and the employees here were super kind, understanding and helpful. Recommend this location.
Elizabeth H | RéservationKevin was very nice and helpful. Much appreciated.
Daphne P | RéservationFriendly service! The facility is very, very clean and secure. I feel very confident using this storage facility.
Mandi V | RéservationThank you
Leslie V | RéservationGreat location, great service, very helpful employees.
Scott S | RéservationWe arrived just before closing. Long story short, my dog locked herself in the vehicle w her paw while I paid. Front desk guy stayed LONG after closing time to help. Kinda pricy, but GREAT service!
Joshua S | RéservationWebsite says open 9am-4pm Saturday, but found door locked and place closed at 230pm. Had a truck full of boxes with an online reservation. Went to the competition and gave them my business.
Bryson P | RéservationEven tho lots of construction and not most modern, it is quite tight and remains pretty dust free.. we have stored here two different times and NEVER had a problem.
THOMAS A | Expérience généraleStaff very helpful. Because of construction not very secure. Would like office to stay open later.
cynthia r | Expérience généraleThey could not find my booking even with my confirmation I am disappointed in the service
Erica A | RéservationHad things stored there 5 1/2 years! Always clean, no bugs, & very friendly, helpful staff. Recommend it highly!
GREGORY H | Expérience généraleGreat place! Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly!
Jenna G | Expérience généraleRough parking lot
Glenn V | RéservationEverything went smooth & I love my storage unit. Thanks!!
Destiny B | RéservationMoved out on 7/18/18, and was still billed for the following month and still have not received my refund. Communication is very poor when dealing with this company.
