I was unable to rent the unit due to no available staff. I called several times and it went straight to voicemail and I received no call back after leaving a message. I waited for about an hour in the parking lot and nobody answered the door/video doorbell as the main door was locked. I then left and found somewhere else to rent.

Ben C | RéservationWorst experience ever. I arrived at 9am to pick up my lock and sign papers for a unit. No one was there and no one answered the phone, I waited 45 minutes and finally gave up and found another storage place.
