Facility is clean and well kept. Easy to navigate in a large vehicle and staff is amazing. I highly recommend Gilbert Self Storage!

Even though I only lived there for about three months before relocating back home to Florida, the team at this U-Haul location made everything easy from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, they were always helpful over the phone and kept things simple. During my time there, new managers Lucas and Amanda took over, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me through a few unique circumstances and made coordinating with my movers a breeze when it came time to empty the unit and close out my account. Their professionalism, kindness, and reliability gave me real peace of mind — which means a lot when you’re managing things from across the country. Hands down, this has been the best storage facility I’ve ever used, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, well-run U-Haul location.

SHANNON K |  Expérience générale our unit filled with blown dust and leaves. Admit they were willing to address, but being only open on weekdays till 7, I found it hard to get there during hours. Note the unit we moved to has hours 7 days/week and access till 9pm. Living in a big city commenting to work, 7 pm isn't as late as it seems.
