Dave is a real person, perceives & meets customer’s needs, providing highest quality facility and a prompt, courteous, convenient & accommodating service. He clearly cares about his business and his customers, contrasting with computer-moderated, impersonalized, transactional gatekeepers, bound by their inflexible systems. The owner & the worker, Dave is the boss, nimble captain of his tightly run ship, readily available & acommodating. I wish all businesses I dealt with were run by someone like him who conducts himself with integrity & flexibility, not having a veneer of “ good customer service,” but deals in trust & good sense..

Tim B | Expérience généraleWe were very pleased with the facility. It was clean, with easy access. We were staying with family nearby while our house was being built, so it was a very convenient location for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
Jeanne / | Expérience généraleThank you for the long service! You always responded quickly when we needed and kept us very informative of any changes that were coming up.
Penguin I | Expérience généraleOwner Dave Heil is great to work with and very responsive to messages. He even got me started at his facility, which was full, by letting me store my travel trailer in a spot he usually saved for himself. Badger State Storage is very secure, so rent a slot from him with no concerns!
