Mikeal F. | Overall ExperienceI'm leaving for review because of the fact that I never even got to use the unit it was too small. I've been getting the runaround about getting my refund nobody seems to want to contact me back. I've called five times and I've emailed at least three. Still with no response. So that is the reason for my bad review. All I want is my money back for a unit that I didn't even use. When I called I was told it wasn't an emergency situation to justify them calling the manager that all they could do was send him a message which they've done five times with no response. I was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. I have heard nothing. Not even an email response. So no this company is not somebody I would recommend. Their customer service is a joke.

Rachel S. | ReservationGot the runaround every time I tried to call in for anything, would wait a week or more for an answer from "management" Worst customer experience I've ever had. Uhaul answers the phone as Jacksonville Storage but they can only provide help on certain issues, have to email the "management" at the location. Terrible system and response, was a nightmare. Too bad, the facility is really nice.
