Mr A | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately my move in was after hours. The unit I was provided looked ready for me on the outside but once opened I found belongings for another person. There was no lock on the door but clearly someone had used this unit. With no one in the office and no one answering the 1-800 phone I made a decision to move out the other items and place them outside of my unit. I believe there must have been a mix up with the unit provided online on u-hual.com. Sadly I did not have the hual truck for much longer so I moved in. The space was clean and the size was perfect. I do wish their were more cameras around though. I also noticed I couldn't use the bay door since it was after hours. That would have been useful. Over all I'm left uneasy. I now worry this place is not climate controlled due to how damp it smelt. And I worry for the items belonging to that other person. I thought to put it back in my unit and deal with it on monday but it simply could not fit. Never the less it was stacked nicely and a voicemail was left for the morning staff. I hope to receive a call on Monday to sort this out first thing.
BARBARA S | ReservationI did not use the storage facility. The Saturday hours are 9AM to 12PM. No one was onsite at 8:30AM. No one was onsite at 10:30AM and it didn't look like anyone had come in that day. Phone calls to the main number went to voicemail. The building was locked and I couldn't access any units. I used Extra Space Storage instead and would recommend them over local UHaul affiliates for storage.

Rose p | Overall Experience3 times I've suffered loses.A flood over 10yrs ago. Last year another flood and not long after a fire. Money wouldn't replace sentimental objects I lost all 3 times.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsWaited 30 minutes for the manager to return. A sign outside stated “free lock included”, but the manager said free locks are not provided. He had a nonchalant attitude.
