I Didn't like the fact the deposit was non-refundable and the move-in was expensive but inflation is crazy I guess, but deposit should be refundable if no damages occurred and move-out notice is reasonable but that's my opinion. Cameras were everywhere and accessibility was great. They were outside units so normal mice and bugs were seen but no infestations or loose animals on the property. There were No issues at this location as far as break-ins or any criminal activity. They offered different sizes for different needs. The staff were always friendly whether in person or over the phone. I would recommend this place.
