RICK B | Expérience généraleVery clean and well maintained. Great to have gate entry and it always worked properly. Great location. No problems with loss of anything in our storage unit. Good size unit. Used it for many years until boat and contents were sold when we downsized.
MARTIN E | Expérience généraleThis was my first time renting a storage unit and I was pretty happy overall with the facilities, the whole experience.
RICK N | Expérience généraleBeen using Pack Rat for nearly 20 years. What I liked about this facility is that the driveway was paved and plowed soon after a snowfall. I also liked the security fence with keypad code needed to get in. I felt storage was safer this way. Kelly, the owner was often on site and he did visual inspections of the outside of the units. He even called me once to tell me that I had improperly locked my unit.
TOM B | Expérience généraleThe question about facility being secure and well lighted. I wanted to answer yes, but unfortunately since I had my unit broken into and a very large amount of items were taken out of there I could not answer yes to this. If not for the theft issue I liked the convenience of the facility and use of key pad to get in. I just can't get over the fact about the theft though.
STEVE S | Expérience généraleKelly is vary nice and friendly as well as Laura in the office . Thanks Folks
CURT N | Expérience généraleI used this facility for around three years. Always accessible, clean and well kept ( no trash laying around). I think the prices are reasonable and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks.
