The staff was helpful and friendly. I’ve not had a unit before at a storage facility so I have nothing g to compare it with but it seemed very clean and secure. I would use them again!

Dave M | Reservationi did have a water issue when i moved out some boxes had soaked up some water that got in my locker from an earlier storm i havent opened them up thsee if there was any damage one of the boxes was marked family photos so if that got damaged there is no fixing them anyway

Chris P | Overall ExperienceFirst, we moved out on 9/16/2023 not 9/20/2023 and sent an email and left a Voicemail. I have been a customer of Pack-N-Stack since 2005 and I can say that under new management over the last few years we have been dissatisfied with the inability to contact anyone onsite or find anyone onsite. We had issues with the processing of our payment which I had records of proper delivery but was accused of being late this last year. I set up the online withdrawal against my better judgement and low and behold the rate was increased without any notice or explanation before withdrawing it. I never was so glad to get my deceased fathers-in-law's furniture out of any place in all my life. My ratings based on availability of staff to watch, manage and support the site.

Adam A | Overall ExperiencePlease do not rent here. I was with them for years and the treatment I got at the end was bad. I had a debit card on my account for them to charge each month. They usually charged me anywhere from the 2nd to the 5th of the month. Well in June my card expired and it totally slipped my mind. I realized it because the new card was not working so I had to go to the bank to get another one. So I called on July 3 to give my new card and the manager informed me that there was 70.00 of fees on my account. 2 10.00 late fee charges and a account delinquent fee of 60.00 that was put on July 1 (1 month of missing a payment) I asked why I was not notified by phone. He said they sent me a letter and an email. I did not get either because we had moved and the forwarding address had expired and I never received an email. I had been with them for over 12 years and have never missed a payment. I really think they should have called me. Anyway the manager said that he could put that I am disputing the bill and he would have someone call me. I never received the call. So 2 weeks later, I decided I would just pay the bill so I called back. I told him no one ever called me and I just wanted to pay the bill and move out. I asked him to send me an itemized receipt so I could send it to the better business bureau. I asked him what email he had for me and he said I don't have an email for you. I said that is funny, 2 weeks ago you told me that you notified me through mail and email but now you are saying you don't have an email for me. Well he did not comment. He took my money and said have a nice day. I just find it hard to believe that they put me delinquent after only being late one month. I should have gotten a courtesy call when they saw that my card had expired. I voiced my displeasure with the manager and he did nothing to help me with the problem and to me I felt like he just did not care. After all this is just probably a job to him.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing extra storage and it is the first place I would call if I need extra storage in the future.
