SCOTT C | Overall ExperienceWhen rats totally destroyed everything in 1 of my units there, the owner didn't care or offer to do anything. When you store your things in a storage facility, you expect that your things will be ok and if not that the company would have insurance to cover the damage. But...the main point is that they did not seem to care at all. Not even a phone call or response to my very real loss, especially of some things that can't be replaced. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will inform everyone I can about what happened to me.

I also sent two emails and I have them saved in my email. I paid $60 and only used it 4 days. Will I be prorated? I will also save this message. I was told to come by to get my money but when I got there at 3:30 it was closed when it says it closes at 5:30. My number is 470-999-0047. Call me as soon as you get this message.
