April B | Overall ExperienceWhen i made the reservation, i said I'd be moving in the first of March. Then i called last week and said i would NOT be moving in. However, I was still charged $20. I called and asked that to be removed. It still has not been removed. So we rate this facility the lowest possible. I'm still waiting on the $20 to be reimbursed.
