Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas not that easy to finally get the information on the space we were renting. Needed to make additional phone calls to office in addition to the phone number given me to get my unit number (she had no clue even about what the address of the facility was)
Kevin K | RéservationStaff was very helpful with completing documentation for storage of our boat over a holiday weekend while visiting salt springs.
Steven J | Expérience généraleMove went fine easy parking. Thanks
Joseph T | RéservationEasy to get a locker and easy access and safe!!! Thanks so much
BARBARA B | Expérience généraleThe storage areas are well lit and security of fencing are great too! If it’s ever needed and we are in the area again, you guys will be the first to call! Thanks again!
Daniel S | Expérience généraleIt’s a great place to put outdoor RV/Trailers flat-enclosed on a super large space and it’s reasonably a good monthly price! Thanks and if we ever need ya again, the Storage Guys is first!
Holly S | Expérience généraleAll good!
Vern M | Expérience généraleI never had not one issue with anything the whole year that I have used them.
JASON B | Expérience généraleI have had storage units in Brandon Florida Brooksville Florida and this one in Salt Springs Florida. From my move in and finally recent move out EVERYONE Stephanie (KY?) Tia and others I e communicated with have been awesome. From the new lock and keys at move in to move out where they terminated my unit auto pay it has gone smoothly. Thanks to all! Katie
Kathleen T | Expérience généraleAll done over phone. Very, very helpful staff. Easy to get in an out. No problems.
Amanda H | Expérience généraleI will never use this facility again, due to rodent damage moisture in the storage unit. Unreplacable pictures are ruined and antique toys.
BRADLEY B | Expérience généraleMove in experience was great! Pulled in and backed in to our rental spot! And you guys are only 5 minutes from us! Thanks for all your help explaining to me, Tia G……….
Holly S | RéservationWe have a unit already and have been very satisfied. I reserved a second unit yesterday as we moved another family member to the area. As it turned out, we were able to put her things in our existing unit, so I canceled the reservation last night.
Lucinda H | RéservationThank you for the hassle free renting of storage units at your facility! I have used yall twice during my recent moves and by far, y’all are the best storage facility I have ever used! Thank you for being the best!
Angelia H | Expérience généraleIt was easy to set up renting, customer service was great. The young lady was friendly, efficient and very helpful.
Suzanne G | Expérience généraleI was very pleased with the facility, if I hadn’t moved over 100 miles from the facility I would have stayed with it.
Susan S | Expérience généraleTia was amazing, polite, helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and made renting the space extremely easy. Great job Tia!!!
Suzanne G | RéservationI only needed a storage spot for a short term, but this was a perfect location, well lit, well marked and the feedback and communication with the staff was spot on. I will use them again and again.
