Shawn B | ReservationWhen call customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, being told that there no manager or supervisor available. When leave an message for manager or supervisor to get back to you, no one does.

When this new company based in Florida bought the facility the made it extremely difficult to pay for your unit. All they wanted was for you to set up auto pay. Convenience for them not the customer was how they wanted to do business. That's why I left.
