Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avissandy was very professional, smooth in and out process.
JESUS O | Expérience généraleWe had such a wonderful experience at this facility. The location is very well maintained and the staff is great. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Jill E | Expérience généraleSandy was spectacular, I had a climate control unit 10x10 at 616 E Rd. In Stephenville that was very nice and dry and kept well at around 75 degrees. I definitely recommend using My storage to everyone that I know w storage needs. And when I needed more time the extension process was very easy and I was super satisfied w how they treat their guests. Will use again.
Cody M | Expérience généraleThanks a ton!
Steven S | Expérience généraleStaff was very friendly and accommodating. Sandy was extremely helpful in identifying a unit that would meet my needs. Easy process to signing up, access, autopay and moving out. Definitely recommend to others.
JASON E | Expérience généraleWe will be back
Stephenie N | Expérience généraleSandy the manager was great! She went above and beyond to make sure there was a unit available for when we needed it! She has excellent customer service and when I called her to let her know we were getting everything out of the unit, she let me know exactly what I needed to do and that she would close it out and I would be receiving a refund. From the time I sent her pictures of the empty unit and let her know the key was left in the deposit box, we had a receipt with a refund within a couple of hours! We will definitely use her again next year!

Sandra P | Expérience généraleno camera's had my unit robbed, I did not put the lock the right way. The lock was supplied by My Storage
Lloyd C | Expérience généraleNice clean facility. Managment is easy to work with and always prompt in responding to any questions we had.
Thomas P | Expérience généraleWhen ownership changed, there is no longer anyone onsite during business hours. If you try and call, even when someone is supposedly on-site, it goes to an answering service. We have storage in multiple cities for college students, and this has been the worst experience of all of them. We had an issue with a lock - the person came into work 2 hours before our time and never even checked before we got there to see if they had the key - we showed up and they had to send someone from an hour away to bring bolt cutters. This could have been found out 2 hours earlier.
