Only thing that I would recommend is that they have more lights in each row. I did like that they do checks in the mornings to make sure each space was good. I was very surprised when Gabby told me that she noticed that my lock was not on my door as I had moved all my belongings the night prior without notifying her. I wound definitely recommend to a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this storage space again if needs be…… Five stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My unit was smaller than the advertised 5' and the door latch was so tiny I had to buy a smaller lock. Never once have I seen an employee in the office. At least the girl from the call center was polite.
