RUDY G | Overall ExperienceLoni is helpful and kind .:). For one of the big storage unit there . A lot of snakes and mice that get into unit. They were there a lot every time I opened the unit door . My stuff got very dirty from inside . It’s an older unit ,so I understand. It was too close for me to loni home and other little home plus house behind unit for me to feel comfortable unloading or getting stuff out of garage . That’s just how I felt ! I felt like a pain at certain hours being there doing my thing in unit since they all reside there. Just my opinion! Otherwise great place and people who work there :)

JOSEPH W | Overall ExperienceThe facility representative is awesome! Loni was very helpful and always available. However I did have water and mold damage to my belongings. I lost some property and now have to file an insurance claim. Even though I thoroughly taped and shrink wrapped my boxes and mattresses, whatever made contact with the floor, was damaged. But Loni saved the day and bought boxes and contractor bags to transfer some of the stuff that was salvageable.

LINDY S | Overall ExperienceI never once met an employee, did all business over the phone. Every time I attempted to enter the office, it was closed. Also, both of our units got wet and moldy and ruined my belongings and furniture.
Cerena M | Overall ExperienceThere is a rat infestation in the facility and it took weeks to get anything done about it. I had to throw out belongings I have paid to store there for 15 years. The new owners are not maintaining the place. I found them very difficult to deal with and with very little empathy or sympathy. On a positive note, the maintenance crew and the workers that cleaned and moved my belongings to another facility were considerate, respectful and helpful. The actual site manager is very helpful and understanding.
